Henna Patel made a really good Tandoori Pizza and best one so far that I have from any Red Swan. She was kind and very polite. Good to have such people around this small community. Thanks for the great pizza.

The Pizza quality and taste is decent but sometimes even if you are at time to pickup your order the food is cold.Talking about staff some of them are friendly and have good communication skills but some are the complete opposite.

I was a customer at this location from the winter of 2022 until Feb 2024.They do not appreciate their customers. I ordered the walk in special with vegan cheese instead of the regular cheese as I have an intolerance. This has never been a issue until just recently. They wanted to charge me extra. I was pretty upset and told them that they would lose a customer if that was the case. They didn’t seem to care. I called the manager and emailed the company with no response.Also. I can remember an instance when I went to pick up my pizza and when I checked to see if they put the vegan cheese on it looked like mozzarella. They assured me that it was vegan cheese and that they had changed the brand. They lied to me. It was regular cheese.I was a very loyal customer but they don’t seem to care about that.

Received a gift card, ordered and went in for delivery. They told me I can’t pay with my gift card because they don’t know how to use it, was sent away with no solution. Tried ordering online with gift card and their website will not process the payment. I now have a useless gift card that they won’t accept…Update. Still no word from store or manager. Was supposed to receive a call a week ago.

I ordered for a spicy chicken pizza and they gave me paneer pizza . When i told them about it they told me to come and we will give you a new one with the right order . They lack customer service when i told them i will tell the supervisor as this is the third time i am facing problem they are like no worries .
