Very disappointing. Waited over 1 hour for our food which arrived cold and with no silverware. After waiting and finally having the manager come. She gave us new potatoes and no silverware as they were still being washed in the dishwasher she then removed two sets from another table, we were a party of three. We left the restaurant.

We were seated fairly quickly but that is where the good parts end. We were placed directly in the sun, despite other options nearby. No utensils, we waited over an hour for food which ended up cold, the salmon was so sticky sweet it was inedible. The steaks were boiled(grey) before being "seared". Absolutely terrible, and the manager's attitude was unacceptable. First time ever trying here and won't be returning, and will be telling everyone I know about my experience here.

Seems like no utensils is a common theme with this restaurant but what happens when they run out of utensils? Well they will grab utensils provided to other customers waiting and try to please you as best they can as long as you can level with the arrogant manager.Your blonde hair and tight orange dress does not excuse your attitude, treatment to my family, and your clearly lacking wait staff.Cold or not cooked sides, boiled and over chared steak and poor service. First time we went and we will not be back.

Took almost an hour for our food, and when it came out, two out of the three were wrong. Waitress who was the manager said she would take orders back but we did not want to have to wait another hour. Food was just ok, def not worth the wait. Waiters (manager) gave us the wrong bill, and didn’t realize until after we left the city. Shouldn’t have to, but good reason to always check your bills! Won’t be going back or recommending to anyone!

Had a wonderful late lunch on the Lounge side. Server, Heidi, was amazing and kept our pop glasses full. We both enjoyed a fantastic Clubhouse with a perfect Caesar salad. Topped off with some delicious cheesecake.Wheelchair accessibility: All one level with front entry ramps.

Monday night we arrived at the restaurant about 6:30 pm. We were seated within a couple of minutes....order taken....waters brought out. That was the last we had any contact with any of the staff until over an hour and a half later, possibly longer....we lost track of how long we were waiting.... If the waitress was close to us she never made eye contact or gave us the opportunity to flag her down. They were very full, but we at least expected they would let us know they were way behind. They should have told us that before even seating us, as apparently they had two seperate large groups that they had to deal with. When our meals were finally brought out, there was no apology, no explanation.....nothing! As I don't believe in creating a scene, I politely mentioned we had been waiting for over an hour and a half. The lady replied they had been super busy. No apology......We had considered leaving just prior to our food finally coming out. Then..only because I said anything, she offered a free drink or dessert. At that point we just wanted to eat and leave, so we declined. We should have asked for a discount, as that was not offered. We were pretty much the last table left in the restaurant, and it was nearing closing time. We finished our food, paid our bills accordingly and left......obviously, never to return.

Dry burger and small pile of plain fries.We didn't have any napkins or Utensils and no staff came to check on us. Was ripping pieces off the paper under my burger to try to clean my hands.Ordered a white sangria, white wine, bacardi, and frozen Mango...

I was looking forward to a good steak. The steak was good. The rest of the service was questionable.The fries that came with my nice steak were identical to McDonald's fries. Except there was so much salt that they were inedible. When the waitress finally made it back I explained the problem. No offer to replace or substitute. I was still charged full price even though I had tried only one French fry.I ordered a beer. My brand only came in a bottle. I was brought a bottle of beer , no glass ( much less a frosty mug) I wasn't asked or offered a glass/mug. This happened for both of my beer.I kinda expect Streats to be higher class establishment. Apparently this is no longer the case. So one should lower their expectations of this establishment. I have.

We dined here twice as we were storm stayed over this weekend. The food was absolutely excellent and our server was cheerful, chatty and knowledgeable. She was a sweetheart. And I loved the fellow serving drinks too! My husband had the ribeye twice and raved about it. Both meals I had were great. Would not hesitate to recommend this great gem! We will be back in April for another tournament and hope to have our team meal here ?

Wow worst service I have had in a long time. We showed up at 430pm on a Saturday. 1 server working and she was at the lounge side. We waited 10 minutes to be seated. No one seated us. So I called the restaurant to get her attention so we could get served.We ordered our drinks, appys, soup and a meal. And the server never came to our table again.A different server brought our main course and we looked at and said we ordered appys and a soup that we wanted to start with but never received. So she went back to the kitchen and brought out our soup and appys. So now our table is full of food. We never got an apology or a discount on our meal it was just blamed on the cooks.I did notice most of the time all 4 servers are standing in the kitchen watching the cooks and not out on the floor catering to customers.We were done our meal and had all these dishes on our table that needed to be cleared away and every server there would walk past our table but not care or it wasn't their table so not their job. I dunno. We also had to wait for a check which never came. We could have walked out without paying but we're honest. So I told the guy I wanted the check and if we did not get it now we were leaving. Service here was horrible. Well he tracked down Natasha or that was the servers name on the bill and she brought our bill. Not an apology for the bad service or a discount. Nothing. She didnt seem to care.My advice to the owners. They need to pay more attention. All servers should take the serving course. And go above and beyond if they expect a tip.Serve water at every table.You definitely could have made more money from me if I had service as I would have had more drinks and dessert but hard to order those things when there's no service.I noticed most of the bad reviews for this restaurant are about service. So maybe the owners need to wake up and deal with or get better employees and maybe make things better for the customers who have left bad reviews if u want them to be returning customers cause I highly doubt I'll be back.

Food was fantastic, however it couldn't make up for the extremely poor service we recieved. When we first got there we stood waiting for someone to even come along and seat us. We actually called the place so someone would come to the front. Once seated we ordered our drinks and food. Our drinks were brought out, some water would have been nice to go along for when our drinks ran dry. All of our food was then brought out at once, appetizers, soup, salad and entrees and our server was never to be seen again. Other servers walked past and looked but I guess we weren't their problem. To pay the bill we had to get up to leave, and had we not been honest people, we could have easily just left. Our server was unapologetic when we expressed our disappointment. We spent over $100 for the worst dining experience we've had. It's too bad because the food was quite good, maybe I can recommend take out.
