On January 4th, I went through the drive-thru to order a tea( not for myself, but my mom).What your employee doesn't realize is, my mother has been fighting cancer for the last 3 months. She likes to drink tea every now and again!The employee who took my order was VERY rude! She didn't hear me the first time so, I repeated it a bit slower for her. She came back very snarky and made FUN of how I had repeated it back.Please speak to your staff about being polite unless it is necessary to use a bit of aggressiveness!You never know what someone is going through! Your rudeness made a good day turn sour! YOU MADE MY MOTHER CRY!! She felt that it was an imposition for you to take a simple order!NO effort will be made to stop at this particular Tim Hortons.If a zero rating could have been giving! I would have!
Don't bother going in to order. They rarely service customers who are inside the building.
