I believe it, I didn't get to talk to him myself.I came to Big Wings, and we ordered ourselves two Lunch Specials.½ lb Buffalo Ranch wings, fries, and a can of root beer.½ lb Honey Dill wings, fries, and a can of DR PepperThe wings were saucy, flavourful, and delicious. I especially liked their fries. We spent about $22 for the two of us to have lunch. That's a great deal.

Good food, I like the wings. I order there quite often. Not sure if they got a new phone lady but she was rude. I called to order for pick up and all I got was a very snobby “hello” nothing nice about the greeting, I told her I wanted to make an order for pick up and I got “okay” very minimal talking and everything just had bad tone of voice. Made my order, I had to repeat what I wanted a couple times. I went to get my wings, didn’t even get a hello or anything she just stared at me and looked pissed when I walked in so I can only assume it was the same person I had talked to on the phone. Great wings tho I throughly enjoyed them. Whoever was cooking made them so crispy and yummy.

Ordered and new employee took order not knowing the menu. So we were unable to get a hooligan that we wanted. Left comment on fb page. Manager acknowledged and rectified situation.

We had 2 orders of white cheddar wings and were very disappointed. The wings did not have anything on them and were very bland. We needed to add a lot of salt an pepper to get any flavour.I am not sure if they forgot to add the cheddar but they definitely appeared and tasted like a plain wing.

Gotta tell ya, I love my chicken wings, and Big Wings does it right.They have a whole bunch of different flavors to choose from that is guaranteed to please your palette.Ordered some Buffalo and dill pickle wings today and they were soooo darn good!DELICIOUS.Best wing place in Prince Albert...hands down.

Always had great service, till tonight.Called about a complaint that I have found human hair in one of my orders and I wasn't happy about it. The female that I was talking to was being argumentative and kept stating that is it impossible for any hair to fall into their food cause they "always" where hair nets and hats.All I wanted to hear was "I'm sorry that's happened, what can I do for you?"It was extremely poor customer service at least honor the mistake and do something for your customers so they keep coming back.
