It was our first time at this place. The staff were VERY friendly and accommodating to our needs, and they were very patient with us since it was our first time getting “Bubble Tea” Usually I don’t write reviews but the staff was so nice I just needed to. We will definitely be coming here again.
I'm one of the employees at Chatime prince Albert and I would like to clarify some things and answer some reviews. Yes. Are menu is slightly scaled back compared to other stores. But that's because we aren't a full bubble tea shop. It's shared with the Asian market. We do need updates for the interior but we're restricted because we are a shared store. They’ve always had amazing service whenever I come in, they make the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. If something went wrong or they don’t have something they will politely inform you, and overall a really relaxing atmosphere, I’ve always recommended them to people. One of my favourite drinks is the Thai milk tea with coffee jelly and they make it perfect everytime and I’ve even gotten family addicted to it
