Quite disappointed, I visit this store quite often and stay there few time. I often order coffee and time spend working on laptop at the store. But today the security girl came to me and said that I couldn’t stay there more, I had few minutes to leave because I stay there about 2 hours. I came to ask her for sure about this and she said that’s the store policy, every only stay 30 minutes at store. I was happy and left. When I was home, I called Tim Horton customer service and ask again for this policy because I had never heard about it. The representative said that there is no policy for how long a customer can stay at store. How can you be not professional like that under Tim policy? She was quite rude to me.

I swung by Tim Hortons today, just needed to use the restroom. The cleaning lady had just finished up, so it was good to go. But the staff made me wait half an hour, saying it wasn't a public restroom and I'd have to buy something first. The manager, Michelle, even argued with me. Just because some folks mess up the restroom doesn't mean it should be off-limits to everyone. This is the second time I've found it 'under cleaning'. I'm planning to report this to the city as well.The reason why I am saying is because it is an emergency as I work on road all the time and they were still arguing with me to go use somewhere else.Just in case if someone have a kidney problem in which they need to go to washroom on regular hours during the day and what if something happens to the customer would the manager be held responsible?I have attached the video of the washroom and you can see it as well.For their information yes I was also there to buy myself lunch.

What a waste of a parking lot. This place is total garbage.Who thought up this drive thru line up???? Open near the busiest intersection in town with your tiny little puny one window drive thru? What! Absolutely brain dead.No inside dining. Brain dead idea. Just lost a good portion of customers who like to sit and talk.Dumbest place in town to waste a half hour in a line up to get your drink and microwaved "food".
