I ordered a large pizza with a side of cheese bread and coke, when I came for pickup they only gave me the pizza and cheese bread, they didn’t give me the coke. So then I had to drive all the way back to pick up the coke because they couldn’t get my order right, which wasted my time and made the food cold and not enjoyable. I would recommend just not ordering here at all.

I really like 241 pizza and I think they’re so underrated but their pizza is good. Unfortunately, I wasn’t even given the opportunity. I called to order for my workplace at the hospital and the person who took my order was so rude to me, cut me off constantly, told me I don’t know what I’m ordering. He took the order, then I told him afterwards that he wasn’t very nice. He cut the phone off, called me back and told me he was canceling my order. Then proceeded to cancel the order. How rude. At 1030pm at night my coworkers and I were frustrated. This shouldn’t have happened. I don’t know who the guy is and he refused to say his name.

Terrible experience and will never recommend ordering from this location! Pizza looked like cardboard and tasted disgusting with no toppings. I called and complained about my pizza and the employee who answered the call started threatening me and was being very ignorant, so I called the next day to speak to the manager and got nothing but disrespect from them as well. They couldn't even make it right and do something to fix there mistake. Terrible customer service on there part ..... ?

This pizza store closes late, like, past midnight, than any other pizza stores, and their pizza ? is good, too!They always have deals. You just have to ask them what's their deal for the day.
Prepared the pizzas after 1 hour delay, and the delivery delayed more than 2 hours!!!

This location continues to provide the best & most tasty, filling pizza for delivery within $30 $25.75 ish before tips in regina for the last 16 years I’ve ordered from this restaurant a single large pizza four topping is more than enough to feed a couple, order their wing combo and some suicide sauce if you’re feeling spicy :) thank you for providing a competitive service for so many years in regina
