Unfortunately, our group dined in this past Monday, April 15, 2024 at 9:30pm and all got food poisoning. We were the only table (as we normally are during Mondays; we regularly go in each week) and the food took 45 minutes to come out from when we ordered it. I called today to let the manager know about the food poisoning and experience. I was told to go see my doctor and that it was something else, as "food takes hours to spoil". Our server Sebastian has been great, but we will not be returning back because of this experience/the way I was treated on the phone by the manager. Boston Pizza has lost long time customers.

Such a great experience and our waitress Kendra was very attentive, efficient, friendly, and we recieved everything cooked and prepared nicely. I also observed the on duty manager and he was efficiently doing his job. Definitely coming to this BPs more often than the other location where the staff is lacking opportunity.

The pizza sent to me through Skip the Dishes was awful! The pizza was cold and very poorly made. I think they took an old cheese pizza and threw ham and pineapple on top and sent it out. It was gross. Disappointed. I won’t order from here again.
