Very good food. We were seated in the lounge. Lots of distancing and covid safety rules being followed

It would be better if the servers chat among themselves less and care about the customer more. The good was fine!

Been there a few times lately and the service has been friendly and fast and it is one of the true local restaurant businesses left in Regina. Support local! Menu has variety and the quality is good.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I am a celiac and require a gluten free options and I was very disappointed with their gluten free supper options. Most of the menu items consist of appetizers or salads. They do not offer gluten free buns so burgers and sandwiches are not an option. The rest of the menu consists of items that require multiple alterations, which are either extra costs to your meal or are removing multiple items from your meal to make it gluten friendly. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this resturant in the future and do not recommend to anyone who is gluten free.

My family ordered burgers with the fries. We asked for the fries to be crispy... they were so crispy it was like eating potato chips, they were way over cooked. The burgers... 2 of them were charred on the edges and tasted burnt. One burger was undercooked. The 4th burger tasted like it was cooked on the grill after fish was cooked there...we have an allergy to fish. This was the worst meal we have had there and we have been going to Brewsters for years.
Uhm well I had a Burger and Fries and the burger was cooked but charded and the taste of the burger tasted like I was eating salmon and I am allergic to fish, I am not impressed the fries were like eating potato chips too hard and crunchy not crispy

Good food but very disappointed that I had to walk through the busy bar area to pick up our food. With Covid infections on the rise and bars being closed in many cities why make your customers have to go into the bar area to pick up their food? The restaurant was almost empty and three staff were standing at the counter. We want to support our local businesses and so we often order take out. We won’t be back to Brewsters until this pandemic is over.

It's fall and a pandemic is raging so many people want to feel safe and eat at home while finding ways to support our local businesses. We ordered pick up from Brewsters - assuming that would be much safer. I will tell you that the food tasted great but because I had to walk through their busy bar to pick up my food order I won't be going back - or ordering from them - until this pandemic is well over. Any orders - whether they are pick up or Skip the Dishes - have to be collected from the busy bar area which had music playing loud enough that it was difficult to hear the staff behind the counter as we were both wearing masks. Consequently you have to talk really loudly (which is a no-no during this pandemic) to tell them your name. I feel sorry for all those working for Skip the Dishes that have to do this time and time again. Why they can't keep the music lower and allow their guests to pick up their food in the least busy area is beyond me. The restaurant was practically empty.
