Always great service from Dwayne. Orders are done perfect. And in a timely manner. When some patrons are being disrespectful and acting up he addresses it calmly. If every burger chain had one of him there would not be a need for self service kiosks like at some of its competitors.

It’s happened more than couple of times, everytime burger king coworkers serve sogy onion rings. I asked if I can talk to manager or supervisor, a guy named Emil was talking to me, he was really rude and giving lots of attitude like I did something wrong. He said what do you want me to do, I’m getting you onion rings. Like really is that how you serve the customer???

I find there burgers are better than some of the others.And I prefer there fries there always freshly made but at times have a little bit too much salt on them. The staff has always been good and fix any order mistakes right away.
