A score of 0! The worst! 52 Avenue NW location. I ordered a pizza last night online directly from UPC and when I arrived both my pizzas were barely warm. Hmmm....but I decided to take them home anyways (benefit of the doubt.) When I got home and we opened both pizzas, we were shocked to see the state that they were in!!They were cold and dried out. Both looked waxy and thin (ordered thick crust btw) They were both almost solid slabs of cardboard and were inedible! We tried everything to reheat them different ways and make the best out of the situation but to no avail. I took photos right away just in case management wanted to see what I was given after my payment. I also had screenshots of my order and time of my pick up. My plan for today was to call the manager and it was my intention to simply let him know what had occurred. Because like any good business, I thought that they would like to know the good, bad and the ugly. Well, when I spoke to the man who said he was the manager (and btw, who wouldn't give me his name and hung up on me when I asked!) he listened to me for a brief moment and then proceeded to cut me off and started to yell at me!! What?!? I was shocked! He then flipped the script completely! He accused me of being in the wrong (first by incorrectly assuming that I booked through Skip) and also reaching as far as (whilst yelling) that "I would cause that employee to be fired"Wow, that was a stretch! I only wanted to communicate what our pizza experience was. My goodness, I wasn't trying to get anyone fired! I was calmly trying to speak but he wouldn't listen to my explanation at all. He wouldn't let me speak. He kept cutting me off the entire time. He only wanted to hear his own voice yelling at a woman! This older man (Indian accent -to narrow it down) was very unprofessional!! He demonstrated a disgusting demeanour. He was abusive, accusative, condescending, mean, rude and very disrespectful to me! The fact that his reaction was 'this' to me, should be a good indicator of where NOT to EVER order and eat pizza from! He doesn't deserve our patronage. He doesn't deserve the privilege of being a "Manager" My experience with this "Manager" was more horrible and distasteful than the pizza itself!! (I would've gone there again and given the pizza another try on another occasion, but this manager ruined it for me and my family! I beg to differ who should actually be fired. This is unacceptable behaviour. I felt attacked! His verbal abusive was abhorrent an inexcusable! *3616- 9 52 avenue NW* location was the worst experience of "customer service" ever. Oh and yes, the quality of pizza was initially the issue and terrible, but obviously "the pizza" is a now mute point.

We asked for pizza sauce - where was it? The pizza was dry. We asked for extra cheese (we know that cheaper pizzas don't have much cheese) but where was it? The pizza was hot when we received it (we picked it up ourselves). Due to the fact that the pizza was so bland and dry, we will not be ordering from here again.

Very rude delivery driver, tried to short change customer $10 then pushed 14 year old girl while leaving ?
Ordered 2 pizza's and took nearly an hour and a half to arrive. After an hour, we called to find out where our order was and asked if we would get a discount for how long we had been waiting. They ensured us we would get a discount. When the delivery driver arrived, the driver knew nothing about a discount and had to call the manager. After speaking to the manager, the driver told us we would be given $10 off of a $60 order. ? Not much of a deal for an hour and a half wait. We ended up calling ourselves to speak to them directly. He continued to argue with us when we asked for a better deal. Finally we got him down to $30 and told him it is to be paid to the driver as it was not the drivers fault for the length of time we had to wait. I sure hope the driver gets that money but I am certain he likely wont. If I had cash, I would have given the driver cash and told him to keep it for himself.Pizza was not worth the wait either.Will absolutely never order from again, and definitly will not reccomend to anyone!I am an understanding person and rarely make complaints. It takes a lot to upset me as I have worked customer service so I understand things can happen. But we should have been contacted to let us know how long it would be, or at least told when we ordered if they had known at that time.

Poor quality pizza At regina south location.Ordered few times and everytime I give them chance to improve but got worse and worse.One time they give 2 old expired dipping sauces.they said they forgote to check.2nd time thay put literally 4 pieces of chicken strips on a large pizza..they said its already a 9.99 deal so that's why.. what a stupid excuse3rd time their pizza dough was too dry.? must be old expired dough and it tasted awfulAnd4rth time today..I had enoughTheres hair in the pizza...What a joke...How r they getting away with thisIs beyond me

This is my favorite place for having delicious and fresh pizza. I would recommend this place to others as it is affordable, fast, as well as friendly. If you haven't added eating here on your bucket list you should definitely do that. It is worth to try it at Fritou Chicken South. ?

This was a very pleasant surprise for good pizza. After searching in downtown Calgary for a place to get something to eat, we decided to eat at this small place after spotting it from the car. Admittedly, at first glance, the interior of the location can send you away. The place looked run down. However my entire outlook of the place changed by the time I started eating. The pizza slices were very flavourful. The food itself gets 5 stars, the location gets 3.
