Absolutely shocked at how irresponsible the owners are here. Literally listened to an entire order called in followed by the customers credit card number because they had the whole conversation on speaker phone. I was on the opposite end of the restaurant, so I know everyone else heard it too. How safe does that make you feel about your financial security? Foods great as always, but the customer service ways very poor even for half capacity. Our table was never checked if we needed anything or how things were and we had to ask for every refill. Maybe my standards are high, but it might also be the restaurants I'm used to visiting. Either way, I hope they step it up. If the front of the restaurant is this lazy, how clean is the kitchen? I find this a little concerning to say the least.

Slow service, the food is on the lower end, and I had a poor interaction with one of the workers during pickup; he was unwarrantedly rude- perhaps he was having a bad day but that should never be taken out on a customer.

Always good food. Friendly staff. We go to the East location all the time. We went tonight and I gave some wonton soup to my 9 mth old granddaughter. She couldn't get enough!. I asked the staff If I could buy a big container for her. They got me a big container and made sure it was packed with wontons for her! The staff always come around our table and play with her. Never had a bad experience there. Always a great time.

What the point to speak about variety of food if nothing tast good .... chicken is dry ..no miso or sweet and sour soup.. pepper beef float in a sweet liquid... kung pao chicken almost with no peanut... only 1 dish was not so bad it is breaded shrimp...service averag but no good food...
Service was good but sesame chicken was literally raw. Much more "fancy" yet less comfortable than the east restaurant.

Really nice variety of food items..the vegetables..stir fry..wings...its all great !! Nice atmosphere too ..its nice to sit and have dinner and visit... This Is a great buffet!!

Stopped here to try it out and found the buffet looking good by looking at it, but putting it on the plate found the food moderatly warm to cool, something that I am not fond of. I like my meal to be hot, and not close to cool. We were the second ones in the restaurant, so the food should of been relativly hot. I do have to say the choices were good. Chances are, we will not return.
