Stay away at all cost. I ordered a strip meal and was given 4 of the smallest strips I’ve ever seen and the smallest amount I’ve fries I’ve ever seen.I’ve ordered food from several DQ’s in the past and this is not common practice and was unique to this location. The amount of food I was given for a $13 dollar combo wouldn’t have filled a small child.

All the cakes are locked up now with bike locks! They want customers to come ask employees to unlock the doors thats not a way to make customers feel appreciated! Im a loyal customer and have been going to this DQ for over 10 years and Im offended that they make their customers feel like thieves. Just because you've had some theft in the past doesn't mean you can label all your customers as thieves. Doing this just pushes the good customers away. I usually go to the drive thru but went in the store today so I could see what cakes they had and I couldnt even open the doors and look at the cakes. I was ready to walk out and leave I was so offended. I go out for ice cream as a treat and I left feeling like a criminal. It ruins the atmosphere for sure. They might as well have armed police holding machine guns too. The service and atmosphere is usually really good at this location but Im giving 1 star today because making your customers ask the employees to unlock the cakes ruins the whole going out for ice cream experience. Im going to be avoiding this DQ from now on and will start buying my cakes from costco.

We stopped here for a strawberry milkshake and burgers, fries and onion rings. The time was 5 pm supper time. We liked the newish restaurant and the service……BUT the food was terrible. We grabbed our food and quickly got on the road for our highway 1 trip eastbound. It was as if our order was made at lunch and was reheated for us. Tasteless (no brazier taste) oily and cold fries. $25 wasted as we did not have time to turn back. Manager/owner take this review seriously. We will never be back to your location.

A little too noisy for me. I was brought up that children were seen and not heard. We kept the volume down also. It's a restaurant, not a playground.Parking: It's very courteous parking. People are very contientous and they drive slow for children and adults with disabilities.Wheelchair accessibility: No complaints. Nice heavy door which makes it more difficult for children to open and run out into the street.Dietary restrictions: There is a good selection of soft drinks.It's too bad they took away the napkins. Not all of us are hogs. Some of us just take what we need. Also I am a very clean person and Dairy queen is always very clean!☆☆☆
