The hours say they close at 9pm, but it's inaccurate. They actually close with the mall hours. Wasted my time walking here under the fair assumption it would be open. Please change your hours to reflect reality.

Hi ! I went to DQ cornwall regina today , girl over there was totally senseless no greeting nothing , when asked smthing literally her expressions were disgusting,so rude , we called the manager to give suggestion, but he too was the same . Worst experience never ever we’ll go back to such place where customers r treated so badly.

Poor staff representing the business whilst all the staff are front facing in this business this is detrimental. The two women I approached hesitated to stop their personal conversation, had to reconfirm my order as their conversation continued and both simply walked away from my order at one point without saying anything thus passing it onto the next.

I ordered mango lemonade sparkler small size. Quality was pathetic as it should be fizzy but it wasn't. When mentioned to the girl at counter, she said i always make it like that and can't do anything, not treated well and will not go there again.

I ordered large blizzard on 23rd april @ 345pm (BOGO) one was strawberry cheesecake and other was simple starwberry flavor. There were no cheeesecake in the blizzard. When i went and told to the girl at counter, she was rude and bluntly said i put what i used to put cheesecake everyday. Will not entertain you.I will not go the conrwall branch again
