My husband's ribs were burnt a lot. Because we waited for a quite while for the food to come he was quite hungry. So he didn't want to wait for a new one to be cooked. The manager came over and apologized for the situation. My daughter didn't like the grilled cheese either. Service was great as always. More importantly, the water in lady's bathroom was extremely hot, my daughter almost burned her hands. Reported to the staff and hopefully it gets fixed soon. It's pretty dangerous to have such hot water in bathroom, especially for kids.

Would not recommend this Earls, I would give them no stars, but you have to rate them to post a review. We were seated at a table that had very dirty glasses. The service is very poor.? We were there for more than 15 minutes without any one even checking if we would want some water and the restaurant had maybe 6 tables. So we headed to the Early on Albert and as usual it was amazing ?

Went to Earl's this evening, I wanted to have a nice dinner out which is hard to do when they cut all their servers and you are unable to get any service, without going on to the server or shift lead and asking for service. I must have waited at least 20-30 minutes.... and eventually I had to ask to order food! I spent a decent amount of money and got 0 service. Not impressed.

Quick update. I’ve been to several other locations but this one is still the best. Sorry, flagship location. But they’re crushing it here. Even under full slam - perfect presentation and cook times. Cameron(?) the bartender is so customer oriented - management material.Trust me. Ignore the negative reviews. Everyone has a bad day. I’ve dropped and burned plenty of pizzas then, True story, Earls Chef, “you’re doin’ great!”The food is excellent, that's no secret. I am biased, since I used to work there, but the kitchen is spotless and is cleaner than any of the 5 other restaurants I have worked at. The ingredients are always freshly prepared and there is no chance of any food expiring with the systems they have in place. There ingredients are very high end. They pay extra for quality.
