This is a fantastically run café and cat care business. A lot of love and hard work has gone into the place over the years. Everyone is friendly and welcoming! Chelsey has done wonders to provide a warm comforting loving space for the cats and lovely environment for humans too. I'm very happy to pop by to buy food or merchandise to support the cats even if I don't see the cats or have to pay extra. Completely worth it to support a small local business and support cats! The whole point of the operation. The cats get to roam free in a room and people can interact with them, of course being aware of the cats' comfort and privacy. I hope Excalipurr runs for a long time and cats/kitties are happily adopted through this wonderful place!

I’ve never had anything but great service, greta drinks and nice times it’s the sweetest cats.It’s great to see a small business also doing something nice in the community…. Also one of our cats is from the cafe, it was an amazing way to go about adopting a cat. We went in and got coffee a few times and visited our future pal a to make sure he was the right fit.It’s totally worth the fee to relax with some cats while I’m having a coffee.

Excalipurr is one of my favourite places in the city. Their drinks & snacks- delicious!! They have a small store front where they carry local artists work and a variety of home & cute little trinkets. They take such amazing care of the cats in the centre, and the owner is an incredible woman. When I am having a down day and need a pick me up, I go here. When I have friends visiting from out of town, I go here. When it's my partners birthday, we go here. Our last adoption was, that's right, from here.I have so much love in my heart for the work that the Excalipurr team does to partner with rescues to provide a safe a loving place for their kitties to be adopted. There is really something beautiful about a community space where you can attend events, snuggle with kitties, and have delicious snacks.
