Lots of lipstick at this place. It should be a motel not a hotel.1. Rooms have been refurbished to be aesthetically please but it’s a lot of lipstick, would expect this from Sheraton.2. My room did not have a working deadbolt lock. I was given a tutorial on to push pull and then lock by maintenance. Don’t feel safe.3. Tried to order room service and they said they don’t offer that service. Although it’s in their in room phones and it differentiates a hotel from a motel, I had to order down in the sub par bar/restaurant and bring it to my room.Hotel staff were kind but this was from the management.Do better or get a super 8!

I went to 4Seasons for my dad’s birthday. After calling multiple other restaurants, I called 4Seasons and was able to connect to the kitchen manager Chef George directly. He assured me that they had a full gluten free menu, which I don’t believe anywhere else has in this city. He was friendly and caring and our waitress was great. He even gave me a sample of the gluten free dry ribs and I’ll be back for sure soon! My new favourite place in town and also family friendly!Dietary restrictions: Will provide excellent options for gluten free diets.

messed up on my order so many time. That I'm not sure after tonight that I will ever order from them again period I would love to say that I lover food which is amazing but the amount of times they've messed app on actually getting me my food and missing half my order, no, it's not worth it.

complaint.i came in on the evening of may 18th. ordered there boneless dry ribs special, i noticed i bite on something hard and it turned out to be bone! my only thought was these are suppose to be boneless. anyway we paid our bill and once we got to our vehicle I got my boyfriend to look at my tooth as it felt weird. sure enough my first molar tooth was chipped!! im super upset at this point, i get my boyfriend to go back in, leave our name and number and they said they are gonna call the next day and get to the bottom of this, they didnt call. so i called and a male picked up, he knew what i was talking about but yet i was the one to call back, he was completely hostile and rude, not even a sorry!! we like this restaurant but after this experience they are not having my business again, i called a health inspector as well and lastly i just want to make people aware so this doesnt happen to anyone else!!

If you have ADHD and can watch more than one game at a time and drink beer it's great for sports.
Great gluten-free fish & chips, and it was reasonably priced. A definite must try for fish lovers! But the place was very busy on a Friday night so we received sporadic service and had to catch our servers attention when we needed refills and other things. If you want a calmer environment I would suggest going here during a weekday. We will be back!

Went to try out their gluten free menu items today with my wife. We shared the GF fish and chips and GF boneless ribs. We were both extremely surprised with the size of the portions ( very large ) and extremely impressed with the flavor of both dishes. Probably my favorite fish and chips dish in the city. The boneless ribs were also an amazing lemon pepper flavor. Thank you do much for providing a great tasting GF option and not over pricing it like some places do. We will definitely be coming back to try more items in the future.

This place used to be incredible before the pandemic. It used to have some of the best kareoke in the city, and it used to be packed with young people. I have some really epic memories at this place. Recently went and it was depressing. There was no music playing at all (not even at low vol in the background), the energy was dull and filled with tire kickers rockin' vlt's. I hate to say this but the place was sad and lifeless....and the food tasted really bland. I'm not sure what happened to this place but needless to say it was super disappointing. I will say that the service remains very good and the prices are reasonable, but it's just not what it used to be. I hope this place bounces back one day.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced because the customer service was nonexistent. I sat in the VLT room for 45 minutes not once was I asked for a drink.
