I've been going to Ngoc Van for years now. Since the pandemic the place has been completely freshened up but, who cares about that. The service is efficient. The food great. If you want a smile, a name, go to Earls. These people are doing their job. Most important, did I say it, the food is delicious. The food is good. Not the best but by far still one of my fave asian restaurant. I am just putting a comment in here about my experience with SKIP THE DISHES. I ordered my food to be delivered today and supposed to be delivered to me at the RGH-ER but I never received. The person (works with skip the dishes) named PIRTH was the one who grab my order but never delivered. He or she chatted me on the app but went a different way and cut off the convo.
