We ordered take out food from this location and it never got delivered. We tried to get our money back but they refused. We had to take it all the way to head office where they issued a refund. They also provided me with a 50 dollar gift certificate as a token of gratitude for my troubles. This store has now refused to take my 50 dollar gift card and has said there computers are currently not able to process them. I have phoned and tried to go in for the past month to see if they are ever working and they are not. Please for the love of God stay away from this opa!

I placed a large order for my staff of 12 people. Our order was over $220.00! I chose delivery and my order never did show up, although on the delivery tracking it was marked as delivered. When I reached out to the restaurant itself I was hung up on twice by the employee working. I then drove there myself in hopes that maybe the delivery driver took my order back there incase he couldn’t find my office location or something, and that was not the case. My order was no where to be found and they would not do anything about it. I asked for the manager phone number so I could look into a refund or remake of my food, upon speaking to her she said she apparently had already told her head office about this and they were going to get back to me asap on a refund. That was yesterday and I have still to hear from someone! The manager and the employees told me that because their “tracking” of my order said delivered it was out of their control. I waited almost an hour for my delivery before I started calling and trying to find out if my food was on the way. I even had one of my staff wait outside to keep an eye on the parking lot if it appeared as a driver was lost. Our office is VERY easy to find, and I will also mention it is in the same area as the OPA. Terrible experience today, and hoping that someone will reach out to finally return my $220 I spent for no food.

First time here. Got the Opa platter with rice, potatoes, lamb skewer, Greek salad, pita wedges & tzatziki sauce. Wasn’t exactly a fan of the rice or potato. Meal cost about $15.35.

I do not recommend this location at all! The food and service is garbage. First of all watched the fella make my wrap he put one spoon of tzatziki sauce. I have pictures of the very little sauce in it. I nicely asked for a extra sauce and they said I had to pay even though he didn't really put any on it. They said that is company standards. I eat at opa alot and definitely is not standard. So I had to pay 2.00 for extra sauce which I already paid for extra. I got back to hotel and there wasn't much in the wrap at all and the tomatoes tasted very rotten. Their customer service needs to really pick up and learn not to argue with the customers. This location needs training and better management.

I walked in around 12 today. I ordered opa platter with chicken and extra tzaziki. The chicken was like rubber and tzaziki wasn't full. Potato seemed rlly stale and brown like they r serving the leftovers. There wasn't any lemon or olive with my Greek salad. I would rather eat at some gud restaurant than this if they are gonna serve this way. Way too disappointed. I would never go here again neither I would recommend it to someone.

Worst experience ever at an OPA! Half the amount of calamari we get from other locations and extremely undercooked, smallest portion sizes ever for OPA! platter, and the cheese on the pita was definitely gone bad….. extremely disappointed.

Disappointing services, went OPA at the Grasslands for lunch time, ordered Pitta Wrap with extra Tzatziki sous on the side, by the time I got my order the service woman did not provide me with extra sous telling me that she put it already on my pita. When I told her that I have ordered it on the side, she said that the sous on the side cost more than I paid for and it only for meals. Also, she said that she put my extra sous for my pita wrap already .Such a big deal to give a costumer an extra sous especially if it your mistake when you take a wrong order?!
