Our Business had Prairie Smoke and Spice cater a function for our business in April 2024 for 150 people. We had the Ribs, Chicken, Side and Dissert the food was amazing and the staff put us at ease with everything for the dinner being taking care of. Had them cater my outdoor wedding on Sept 23, 2023 and it was amazing. We had brisket, ribs and chicken and it was a hit across the board. Guests were raving, excellent customer service and the crew that came out even helped clear some tables when the help we had booked for that were unable to make it. I had a special request that I, the bride, needed ketchup for my perogies…checkout what I found on the head table just before supper. 10/10
