Was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a gluten free sandwich. The server didn’t seem to understand English and had no clue on cross contamination. I mentioned that she should change her gloves after touching the cash register and then the food. I got the ‘la look’ she understood that. See pictures below of what I was served. Horrible is and understatement. Head office sent I’m sorry letter but did nothing! BewareDietary restrictions: Don’t go there unless you have all your shots! Beware if your celiac poor hygiene.

Worst location for pickup orders. I waited for more than 20min in store and the customer coming after me getting their orders first. Request to the owner of this restaurant to check the video for september 8, 2023 at 7.10pm and i got my order after 7.35pm. If this customer service and racism carries on this restaurant then a strict action will be taken with proofs provided. Thank you

It's been a while since I used the app to order online. The app warned me that the timezone didn't match my device's. So it was set for an hour an 15 minutes later. But when I arrived at the store, the friendly staff knew that it was an app bug, and they made my food quickly. The lady at the till was really nice and friendly. The Peppercorn sub is always my favorite after all these years... And the Cauliflower Cheddar soup is to die for!

Garbage service, we stood there 10 minutes waiting while they prioritized a Skip the Dishes order over walk in service. Skip wasn’t even there to pickup but we watched them, terrible service will not go back.

This store actually this particular location deserves a -5. I went in there a few times now and each time I go in there I leave disappointed. Why do I keep doing this to myself? I don’t know…. I ordered a traditional sub …12 inch …the bun was so dry that it was crumbling when he was making my sub. I asked for lettuce and tomatoes as well as the regular vegetables and cheese. I know previously that you used to get four pieces of cheese on a 12 inch sub he put two. I asked for lettuce and tomatoes. He took each tomato round and cut it in half and only put half a piece of tomato along the sub …..that is being cheap. The lettuce was almost nonexistent ….like come on lettuce is cheap LOAD IT ! how they are cheap and stingy with their condiments shows that they do not care about the quality of their product and therefore I will never go there again, and I am telling everybody else …..avoid this one location. It’s bad enough that Quiznos is probably the most expensive sub out there. There’s absolutely no need to be stingy and cheap with the toppings and don’t skimp on quality ….if your bread is stale, TOSS IT !!!!!!
This location at 305 Albert is shyte. I wish there was a negative scale as well. I would give them a -5 stars they don't even deserve one star. This is what you get ....They use dry stale buns... cheap with the sauce, very cheap with lettuce and they cut the tomatoes in half.... You don't even get a round slice of tomato ... and when you ask for more it's like your really insulting them. There's a guy with a beard who is very stingy with these .... For the price you pay, veggies should not be skimped on.
