Went on the weekend for brunch, it took a long time to get seated, we weren't given brunch menus and when we asked for them we were told that the breakfast cook didn't come in so they couldn't serve brunch. Left and went to Smitty's across the parking lot. They could have at least mentioned that brunch wasn't available before being seated.

If I could rate this lower than one I would. This use to be our go to place that you could count on for great food and service. Not anymore. We went there Thursday night and when we walked in there was only 2 tables with customers yet we stood there for 10 minutes before anyone came and seated us even though we could see them standing in the kitchen looking at us. My wife always orders the Albuquerque chicken. When it came, it was so overcooked and tough she could barely cut it with a steak knife and the shrimp had a weird taste. She couldn't even eat it. I ordered a full order of fish and chips. It came with a tiny bowl of fries and 2 little pieces of fish that looked like chicken wings. I cut into it and it also was tough to cut. I asked the server if this was a full order and she said yes. I'd hate to see the small order. I actually showed her how tough the fish was by cutting it and she shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know what was going on in the kitchen. Like I said, there were only three tables including us in there. There's no excuse for the food and service to be this bad. I really can't see us ever going back there again. It was so disappointing.

Horrible experience from what used to be a great restaurant. Wish we had read the reviews before we ate there. Went to order food and menu items were missing. Ordered drinks, my husband's came but mine did not. Server asked if I had ordered one, stated the bartender was busy making it. Food came, it was awful. The creamy sauce on the ravioli was milk thickened with cornstarch, had no flavour and looked slimy. The vegetables were almost raw, not steamed and had no seasoning. The ravioli itself was undercooked and stuck together. We finished eating what we could, had to flag down another server for my drink. Regular server came back and said that the bartender could not make my drink and asked if I wanted something else. Will not be going back. This restaurant is not holding up the standards I have experienced with the Rock Creek franchise

I was planning a fundraiser for my brother that has cancer, a steak night, already booked at a different venue,and happening in a few days when the owner Meshwa reached out to offer a prize for the raffle we we're having. Of course I was very grateful and let her know I could pick it up whenever it was available. She then said they do steak nights as well and if I needed to plan another to let her know. I told her thanks, but hope this will be the one and only we will need. Then she ghosted me, no prize she offered, nothing. Apparently it was just an offer if I had a steak night there. I won't ever darken their door.

The worst dining experience we have ever had. We were the first table to arrive for supper. Other groups came but gave up and left without eating. Thought perhaps the building had been evacuated and no one told us. Four meals came out staggered over 30 minutes. That was after waiting 30 minutes for the first meals to arrive. Then we were asked to pay in cash.Something is seriously wrong with this business.

Went to this horrible establishment tonight for dinner with my wife and received a very poor attitude from the hostess. What we ordered and what we received was absolutely horrible. The food was cold the bun on my wife's sub was like chewing on concrete. When I asked to speak to the manager or who ever was in charge the server just up and walked away. They never did end up bringing the manager to speak with us. After complaining about our food they still asked us to pay for the food we didn't eat. This place has gone absolutely down hill since the new owner have taken over. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS "EATING ESTABLISHMENT " TO ANYONE!!

Service was rough to say the least. There was barely anyone in there and it took her 25 mins after ordering an appetizer for her to tell us there were no fries to fulfill the order. Very slow service in general. Food was awful, I couldn’t even eat it. The drinks were the only pleasant part.

Portions for the price were ridiculously small since the last time we dined here. Quality of food was mediocre at best. Not sure if this place recently changed hands but do not recommend now.The near empty restaurant tells the story I guess.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread was not!!!

Placed an order for pick up at 6:19 pm arrived at 6:50pm to pick up. Ordered 2 full orders of Albuquerque Chicken and 2 extra sides of veggies. Waited at the counter for nearly 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there. There was not a single person in the restaraunt. Here is actually what I got!!! Brutal!! Called and was told they put both in same container…hahahaha ok. No wonder there was nobody in the place, and based on recent reviews I am not the only complaint about this location. My bad I ordered from the North and not the east location. Will NEVER order from here again. And potatoes taste like Idaho boxed mashed??. Be better! This location should have its franchise revoked, it’s bringing down the whole Rock Creek name. 10 1 star reviews in the last month…

I don’t typically complain but my family and I came in to celebrate and we had to seat ourselves and order our drinks twice. We received our appetizers, but when it came to supper we waited 2 hours. They waited almost 15 minutes to tell us they didn’t have anymore of what we ordered twice. Multiple tables who came in after us ended up getting their apps/suppers and left before us. When we decided we wanted to leave they said we could take our meal home, to our surprise to find they didn’t even give us one of our meals, the salad had zero dressing, and tasted extremely unappetizing. This overall was not a great experience, the servers were polite and apologetic, but we will no longer be coming here unfortunately.

I’ve ALWAYS loved this place! But, WOW, has it gone downhill. Was there yesterday. No one, I mean no one was in the lounge. The music was way too loud. The place was dirty. Bits of food, and paper on the floor. The bathrooms were gross. Garbage and feminine product overflowing. Ordered my fave, Brie and Berries. They have no berries. So I said I did not want to order anything. The waitress was pushy, tried to sell me ribs at a discount. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Walked across the parking lot to Victoria’s tavern.

The food was horrible, I ordered blackened chicken and ribs. The chicken was so overcooked that you couldn't even put a fork into it. The ribs were soso very little flavour. My wife had the shrimp ravioli. It was evident that whoever made the sauce had no idea what they were doing, it was almost bitter tasting, 5 tiny shrimp, not worth the money. The 3rd person in our group ordered the melted brie, by the time it came out it wasn't melted anymore. Very bad experience, will not go there again.

Ordered for delivery. They confirmed my order and then 20 minutes later cancelled it because the kitchen closed. Well the kitchen closed everywhere else too and j couldn't get food delivered. If they had just said no to my order in the first place it would have been fine but why confirm an order just to cancel it after I'd been waiting. This starving pregnant lady is POed and definitely won't be ordering here again.

Very poor service, waited 20 minutes to get water, when we ordered they didn’t have Chicken Tenders, Burgers, Yam Fries, Chicken Wings, Brisket, unsure what else was missing. Ordered a Michelob beer, came in a can which was sticky. Okay now the food, we ordered lettuce wraps with a side salad, salad no dressing and no lettuce to wrap, just a pile of noodles and chicken ate it with a fork, asked waitress and she had no clue about the menu. When the food came every dish had a steak knife even nachos, but no forks, when last food item came out waitress asked who ordered, pretty obvious only person who was missing food. To cap it off the server had strong body odour.

By far the worst overall experience ever at a restaurant, very poor service she seemed nervous to come to table, maybe because she didn't have basic English language. It started with 3 menus for 9 people which took 20 minutes to get, ordered mostly water but did order 2 beers and an iced tea, they missed one of the beers. The can of beer was sticky and sweet I quickly poured it into a glass and then washed my hands.Food ordering was comical we learned that they didn't have chicken fingers, burgers, chicken wings, yam fries and brisket. What else did they not have??? Those that ordered lettuce wraps with side salad, did not get a dressing for side salad but most importantly they did not get actual lettuce to build a wrap the chicken and noodles was a pile that we eventually ate with a fork.Let's talk about the food delivery every plate came out with a steak knife, we ordered seafood linguine, lettuce wraps, chicken sandwich, nachos and fish and chips. We had to ask for forks for EVERY plate.To sum poor service in fact the server had very body odour, lacking basic food how does a pub not have burgers and wings among other, no idea what a plate needs to be eaten why steak knife with everything but no forks . This was the first time I did not tip, my only tip is don't eat here, and the tip for restaurant friends figure out your menu, train your staff to understand the menu, customer service and efficiency when you realized that we wanted forks bring out cutlery for the table.
