The Szechuan chicken is off the charts good , my wife loves the egg rolls, and I like the pork chop suey , prices are decent as is the portions.

I have never gone back for cold leftovers of Chinese food before. I couldn't believe the portion sizes! The chicken from the lemon chicken dish was still crispy hours later. Service was friendly and delivery was fast!

Sadly they have really gone down hill.Higher prices and lesser quality food.Ordered pork low mien.Got dry noodles, 2 pieces of broccoli, one mushroom, a couple pieces of celery and 2 small slices of pork.Would not recommend.

Not happy with the service. The last few times I went there, I had to wait for 20 and even 30 extra minutes to pick up my order. And food is not as good as it used to be, unfortunately.

Poor customer service…. Ordered about $90 worth of food. When we ordered, we put half the order in with one lady and then the phone was passed to another person to finish the order. When I picked it up and took it home, we were missing a dish. We figure because 2 different people were taking our order. We called to let them know so I had to drive back to pick it up. I want to specify that they forgot to charge and include it in my original order. When I went back they charged me for the single dish that they forgot. I feel that since it was their mistake, they shouldn’t be charging me since my family was sitting at home waiting for me to get back to start eating. It took me about 25 minutes there and back so the food waiting for me at home was not as hot anymore. We all had to microwave our food. There are so many places to choose from and yes, this was my go to… but customer service is at the top of my priority list so I will not be going back.

I used to love this place, now every time I go I’m frustrated. The food is good, generally but their time management has been so terrible for the last 6 months or so. I order food, get told to come in X minutes. And I still end up waiting 15-30 mins longer.I would much prefer being told I need to wait an hour and do so at home vs going there and standing shoulder to shoulder with a bunch of people in the same boat.The food is also prepared and different paces. By the time my last dish is ready the other ones are cold.Also yesterday there was a kid jumping around and one guy getting mad at someone was else. I understand there is stress but I think some solid thinking in terms of time management would help this place a lot.Food is good- as I said, the shrimp yesterday was barely fried, but that’s the nature of rushing. I used to love this place, it’s a staple in the northwest community. It’s great to see so many people support this business but it’s becoming frustrating to order from here

I have been ordering from S R Kitchen for many many years. My company from Ontario tried its food for the first time, he said "Hard to find a Chinese food restaurant comparable to your level across the country! The BBQ pork is the best I have ever tried" That says a lot!
