Really good bbq. Not the cheapest at all, but a misleading amount of food with the solid meat combos. Usually I'll order the mixed bag of meats/Combo. That'll give you enough meat for 2-4, and sides. The cornbread and hush puppies are solid. Mac and cheese is good. Jalapeno poppers are expensive, but good. Fries are solid, but nothing crazy.All in all, good quality meat and bbq.

I came here for 1 beer while on a work trip and it turned into my watering hole for 2 weeks. The beer is amazing and the food compliments it more than I can explain, I suggest the Cubano or the Korean Fried Chicken sandwich, enjoy!

I decided to try Smokin' Okies for the first time yesterday. I walked in and you get smacked in the face with goodness smells of flavors, if you love barbecue, you will be satisfied and your mouth will be watering in an instant.The atmosphere is very southern, from the classic outdoor cookout look, to the sounds of blues music playing through the speaker. The man at the front was very friendly, I ordered my food, which was a brisket sandwich and a side of mac and cheese.The brisket was perfectly mixed with the barbecue sauce, tender, not soggy and just a mouthful of flavors. The mac and cheese was not only very appealing to the eyes but really complimented the smoky brisket, next time I plan to get a pint.I'm excited to visit this place more often!

What a great find in Regina!I had the sliced brisket and it was delicious and tender! Love their fries too! Crispy and handcut... Paired beautifully with their sweet and tangy BBQ sauce.Excellent menu with a surprisingly large varierty of options.This IS our BBQ place!
Amazing staff and food to match. I may be biased since I'm a bbq enthusiast but doen't change the fact that the food is simply amazing. Even though they were busy (full house, Friday night) I didn't mind waiting for my food to go cause the smell was irresistible. I just wish the portions are larger but I can't blame them they way things are at the moment.

Tonight my husband and I got the platter for two, it came with smoked brisket, ribs, and pulled pork; with it, you recieve 4 sides, of which we chose fries, mac & cheese, baked beans and coleslaw.When I tell you to grab the sweet & tangy BBQ sauce for your table, I mean it! It's amazing. The mac & cheese had that crumb crumble and was so ooey gooey delicious, but the baked beans stole the show when it came to the sides. I wouldn't waste your time on the coleslaw or the fries. Just swap that for cornbread.Nostalgic vibes, with centuries of photographs and memorabilia that are significant to the owners, and it makes waiting for your meal more interesting.It was our third time here, and we will always come back when we're in the city.Thanks for another great experience.
