Ordering online was usually fast but today was horrible. Maybe they should have more than one employee working. If not for customers then for employee health.

Went in to get some subs, the lady working didn't acknowledge us. She continued to make online orders while we just stood there waiting to be served. After about ten minutes of the lady doing online orders, we left. Im not sure why they prioritize online orders over in-store customers.

customer service was absolutely terrible. need to educate staff on subway sandwiches and what chicken teriyaki is. the amount of sauce and salt was actually outrageous. i had to walk the staff through each step of making my sandwich, it took them 3 tries to get it right and they even put it in a bowl with rice after i asked for it on a 6 inch of White Italian. they even charged me for extra bacon after putting 2 pieces because they were upset i had to keep repeating my order. why did the staff in training help me after the not in training person kept messing up the order, too? not to mention the whole time the 2 were sassing me and giving attitude. i had second hand embarrassment from this interaction. do better. :(

From start to finish the service by the young ladies was fantastic. It was a scorcher outside and didn't feel like cooking. The subs we had were very good. Strangely they were out of ham but offered to substitute another meat. It was one of the better subs a person has had and price was decent

I had a really good sandwich from here, enough for me to want to comment for it to be recognized. I don't claim to know all Subway sandwiches, locations, or their sandwich-making training policies, but it was a well-prepared, presentable sandwich. 'Packed' very well without skimping on amounts of toppings. (Previously having a job where I was on the go all the time, I wish my take-out sandwiches were this neatly 'compacted' EVERY time.) On top of that, it tasted great! Maybe it was their new "Green Goddess" dressing. Came at 2pm on a Friday. Almost want to order the exact same thing at a different location to see if there's a difference. Thanks, McCarthy&Dewdney Subway!

I would recommend coming to this subway in the morning or the evening. For my reasoning, in my times of coming to this subway in the afternoon, it was 8 out of 13 times the line was 10+ minutes long at minimum. In my opinion, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and with Italian bread is the best sandwich is the best option for a good and cheap sandwich. In my opinion, this subway needs at least 2 workers making sandwiches between 11:00 am - 6:00 pm on Sunday especially when it is the busiest day of the week.Good price overall.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables
