We ordered 12’ sub with veggies options, But there was only taste of lettuce rather than any other veggies. Also I added multiple sauces but I don’t know why there was no taste of sauces!! It feels like chewing only bread and lettuce which I think not even fresh :(I don’t have any complaints for staff they were nice but I am so unhappy with food experiences. I also want to add that there’s no separate facility for tissues or straws or lids for containers.1st Oct 23 at 12:30

DONT ORDER!!! OWNER IS SUPER DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, LACKS ACCOUNTABILITY & charges money in service fees, for services he later won’t provide!! Clearl, this man is so hard up for cash, he charges a $4 delivery, when customers have to come pick up their orders?!?! This is clearly within the entire system of his operation, because his grown male staff, are too afraid to even make common sense decisions, within their workday. I order from the subway app, paying for delivery within 30 min. I receive an order, which wasn’t mine. I have to argue against the driver, who tells me to keep it. I call the store, to which I was told an owner would call me within 5 minutes, because they were able to take any rectifying actions, without the owners involvement?!?! I pay 3.99 to have this order delivered within 30 minutes and I have paid for the order, in advance. This man doesn’t call within 30 minutes, so I call again. Still, staff can’t do anything, stating I have to wait for him to phone me. This is happening over dinner, so apparently his store delivering my families dinner, was secondary to him having his family dinner. At any rate, after 1 hour and 20 minutes, I called again. I notified them I would be there in 10 minutes to get my order, which should include the refund of at very least, the delivery charge I paid, since I had to come and get it. He claims to have emailed me several times, despite not having received any, until the third complaint I filed through the subway app itself. He now dates he wishes to comp me a sandwich at his shop, despite may justified indication of the fact, I would never spend a cent in this store again. Why would anyone, when there are four other great locations, happily serving customers the same product, within the same distance as his store?!?! Fortunately for me, I have a little time on a Sunday and would rather communicate this way, then continue to fight for principles this man doesn’t value.His poor staff, need someone to out his cheap , shady & disrespectful ways. You’re welcome boys & Im sorry you need a job badly enough to accept his!!!

This store offer the worst subs i have ever ordered via Subway app. Reason, the meat is too less than normal. I tried 4 subs there, and the quality is low.

Dine in got closed at 9:00 by staff, dont understand why. Need to have little better service rude staff was a boy who server us. Please change staff it is necessary as the guy doesnt want to work here anymore. On July 20 time 9:00

If I could give a zero I would. The lettuce was all molded and when we asked for fresh they told us no. We left got in the car and watched them put the cooked food they had already put on our subs. Calling health department Monday morning?
