This is my favorite Subway location in Regina. The ladies are efficient and friendly and give you what you expect.The one on Albert and Dewdney put half the amount of meat, cheese, etc in what they serve. Take an extra 5 minute drive and go to the one on Albert & 4th. MUCH better!!

Went to the store tonight after getting stuck behind a very long train. Walked up to the door at 9:50pm and the door was locked and they would not serve me. I know that I was coming last minute but if you’re open till 10pm you should still be serving customers at 9:50. If it was like 9:58 I would understand but I had a full 10 minutes that should have easily been enough time to serve me and still be able to clean up and leave their store on time. Will not be going back.

I always had a bad experience. My first experience there, the lady that was making my sandwich wasn't wearing a mask or gloves and coughed/sneezed all over my sandwich. And the second time there was only 1 worker taking all the orders, so the wait time was long, and all I wanted was soup.

The lady making our order was very rude and added meats I had specifically asked to be left off. Enquired sbout the soup they had, was told they had none (it was only 7:30 in the evening).

On Aug 11, at 9:10am, right after they would have opened, the staff locked the door as I was pulling up, she disappeared into the back and didn’t come when I rang the doorbell. When she finally opened the store again none of the food was ready and she said it would be 15-20 mins before she can make anything.

So Im currently here right now, 5:15 pm July 19/22. The customer service has led me to writing this because, if you have one person whos in training working alone, it leads to this. Ive always enjoyed the food here, but the customer service lacks. I was already in line for about 5-10 minutes waiting to order and an uber pick up comes in (their order isnt done). The worker had just asked me what i wanted, and then after asked me if she could do the uber order first, i said yes, but she kind if looked at me like she wasnt gonna let me say no. So i waited another 10 ish minutes...

Fast service. Tables were clean and so was the store. They loaded up the vegetables and my sub was made perfect.
Cashier/employee was really rude. He didn't respond in correct manner. Was acting weird as well. We had bad experience with this subway.

Subway was "A once upon a time, good place to eat". Now they just cheap right out. Not happy with them, atm!!!!

the vegetables/toppings were dried out and the bread was old and stale. glad we didn't get sick, but not going to this location again. it used to be real good spot.
