HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN!?!? went for seafood buffet lobster was terrible! DO NOT PAY FOR THE UPGRADE!!! Some of the other food was good not worth the price at all though since it was seafood night and most of the seafood dishes were bland or totally rubbery. went with 4 adults and 1kidAnd only I upgraded thankfully and it was over 300 dollars.really nice staff though

My mom and myself recently went to the Rotisserie for brunch. They had a large selection for something sweet or savoury. The staff was extremely welcoming, courteous. I would definitely recommend!

We got there just after 5 on the 13th. There is a large variety. For the price, it's not really worth it. I was excited for corn on the cob, except there was no butter anywhere. One pasta dish was stuck to the pan and dried up like it was from the day before. Other than that, it was alright for the most part. My kids ate mostly mash potatoes and gravy. They were happy. The service was ok they cleared plates and seemed friendly. Never did ask us if we wanted drinks. Just gave us water. (I only wanted water anyway) . However, I was completely grossed out that none of the bathroom soap dispensers had soap in them. When I told the host, it seemed like it was not a priority as he didn't go either fix it or tell someone. Unless there is a separate staff bathroom ... nobody noticed in time for them all to empty? Yuck.

Took my son for the lunch time buffet. There were quite a few options. The chicken tenders were fantastic. I wish there were a few more hot items that weren't so meat heavy but overall it was okay.

A little family place, with a surprisingly good buffet. The food was fresh and kept coming out regularly. Great selection of stuff including desserts. Will be back.

In the past we have visited at the rotisserie many times especially enjoyed there lobster nights. Well on May 6, we thought we would try it again, unfortunately it did not go as planned. The last time we were there the lobster was served from the kitchen and come to the table as a half lobster which was awesome because it was nice and hot and fresh. We thought the process was still the same as the waiter did not tell us any different and when we asked to order some lobster we were told about the new process. So we went to look at the lobster tails that they were offering that they were charging a premium upgrade of $15.00. These were not lobster tails they were tails cut in quarters which is why they call it a lobster fest and not lobster night anymore. We were so disappointed we did not even have the lobster. I guess the icing on the cake was we were charged $10.00 more per plate for it the exact same meal we had on a Friday night a month ago with our kids. It seems that there has been a change at the restaurant and the quality of the food has been going down hill in recent months where this is because of new owners or trying to increase profit I don't know. All I know is that you have received the last $100.00 from our family and will not eat there again even if it was freeA Former CustomerMarc L'Hoir

My family went out for a buffet experience and we were disappointed. The place is somewhat dirty, but the thing that matters the most is the quality/taste of the food. The food in the buffet trays were way too hot an over cooked, lots of food was out and nothing much was in the trays except for stuck, old food at the bottom. I had seen others picking at the food to try and find something fresh to eat! Another thing is their advertising has pictures of many desserts and a large supply of fresh looking food. When we went to get supper nothing was fresh and we would have to wait a long time before they would bring out a bit of freshly cooked food. We went for dessert hoping it wouldn’t disappoint, however the only thing they had was really thick and rock hard cookies, and 3 different types of jello. For the price of the food here I would say it’s not worth it, I won’t be coming back.

I previously left a glowing review of this place but upon a post on fb they responded in poor business etiquette and on rudeness... Whoever monitors their social accounts is an ignorant person that I would not step foot in their door again. Ignorance, arrogance is not acceptable. There are many places in Regina that are polite and happy to take our business...this is one we will never step inside again. Management and manners leave much to be desired. We had a table of eight(8) and if you can afford to alienate those that have supported you regularly, it will catch up with you eventually. Again the manager or person that answers your accounts should be fired.

We went on a Saturday - Surf and turf with lobster 59.95. The food receives a mixed review. Stuffed mushrooms and calamari were delicious. However, the prime rib was all muscle and very dry, basically not eatable. The worst part of the meal was the lobsters. They were smaller than shrimp. I honestly have never seen such small lobsters (perhaps they were crawfish) . Some were overcooked, and dry 6 did have a few that were a sweet yummy bite. There was a large desert selection that we all enjoyed. We also ordered Ceasars, they were very, very spicy. We yelled an employee who was running by and he was kind enough to bring me more clam, but still, it was basically not drinkable. The final straw was when the people ahead of us at the till were paying, they were chastised for not leaving a tip. It is truly embarrassing to invite friends out and receive such inferior food and treatment.

Waited about 15 mins to get seated but that was fine considering Easter’s busy. The food and variety available were great for the price. I’ll visit again.

Took my family out for supper on Saturday (first time being here). 2 of us had Lobsterfest, 2 others were Crabfest (whatever that means). We were told if they didn't want seafood, that they would be charged under the Crab?Music was too loud (and my Dad has trouble hearing from the getgo). The cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable (fingerprints everywhere and dirty washrooms).I love seafood and I could not choke any of this food down?Calamari was soggy, sushi tasted off, lobster was okayish. To make things worse, this meal cost $250 for 4 people :s. Super disappointed. Was hoping for a great buffet, especially since we were celebrating a bday.

Lots of food and the Mountain Dew is now fresh. Been once and am thinking of returning in a few years. Very full now but thinking dessert.

Waiting time was a bit long since we went there during valentine's day. We were told about it in advance by the staff so it was a good side for me. The food was good. But i wasn't happy with the upgraded meal which cost us additional $25. The lobster has a rubbery texture and has after taste. The steak in the buffet area was much better compared to the steak (filet mignon) in the upgraded meal.
