Food is overpriced and horrible. However, I cannot blame to employees as they are only working with the low quality food/ingredients that were given to them. If I was a franchise I'd be begging corporate to stop cutting quality for profits... But maybe to many people still buy this "food".

If you're looking for fast, quality service. This is not the place to go. For a place that has far too many employees working at once, it's hard to get the time of day to place an order inside. I ordered a medium coffee and a donut and I ended up spending 20 minutes there from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out (this was after lunch btw). Sure, the food tastes good, but not worth how long you have to wait.
