This is my first time visiting this place,I was very excited when I saw the menu, however, unfortunately the food practices and food safety are not up to my standards. The staff was very friendly and patient when I was taking time to decide what to order.I ended up choosing the ultimate barnyard which for the most part looked okay, but I could not eat the rest of the burger after my first bite because I noticed the burger itself was way undercooked and that raw meat had touched everything else in the burger so I had to toss itI would like to see improvements to the quality control before I go there again (if I go again), especially for the $22 price point. That is too much money for an undercooked burger.

Been going since they opened. Had 3 bad orders with very small portions and not very good quality and quit. After 6 months we tried them again and was happy to see it back to normal. Good sized portions and good quality. Burgers have a different taste but everyplace has their own thing. I personally like them. Hopefully stays this way. P.s.... always had friendly staff which was nice to see.

Barnyard and Godfather burger are very big and filling burgers. Very good portions for poutine (large poutines have net weight over 1kg). Great place to satisfy any large appetite. Note: After 8pm, especially if under 30 minutes before closing, some things may be out of stock and possibly close early if no customers. No more cheeseburger poutine sadly.

Delicious food, reasonable prices, kind staff but the wait time is a little lengthy. Nothing too terrible, though. The quality and quantity of the food makes up for it.
Ordered a burger and poutine. Both were massive in size and afterwards I was so full I declared never to eat again. The burger was not bad, but it didn't really taste like a traditional burger. The cheese is like a liquid that made the bun soggy by the time we got home. It was messy to eat the burger. The gravy on the poutine tasted kind of cheap as did the fries. Everyone should try the place at least once.

Not entirely impressed anymore and when I tried to bring people in because I used to love the place, the experience we just had made it impossible to want to come back. Several of the old cooks aren't there, the lady running the place is rude not just to customers but other staff. She's dirty, she was handling money last night and without washing her hands, starting touching food. Then when we told the cook who was helping us at first to substitute onions (because of allergy) she came in and started yelling at him for doing it and not in English. Then when I asking to put something different on my burger that I had before, she said no we don't have that button. So now the food, used to be the best burgers in town, hands down. Last night not so much, both our burgers were under cooked and tasted sour. I think this should be reported to the health department for unsafe food handling practices. I will post this and hope that it's the change that needs to happen. Please bring back educated cooks, so that I can start enjoying this place again.

One of the worst suppers ever. The food was disgusting. The cheese in the chili cheese fries was some sort of orange flour mixture to resemble nacho cheese. The burger buns were so soggy they fell apart as soon as you touched them. The pulled pork on top was old and dried out. The quality of food and the corners cut to try to save money on ingredients is downright embarrassing. It was a disappointment and a total waste of money.
