Rochdale Location…..Tried twice and both times it’s a failure. Luke warm food. The ONLY positive is the owner was fantastic and apologetic soooo this is why we tried it a second time. I picked up our food both times on time and the pizza box was barely warm. We live literally two minutes away so there’s no excuse to WHY our food wasn’t hot. From the pizza and to the appetizers we won’t be back. I would also like to add Western Pizza on Broadway Ave, their food does come hot, the manager is very friendly yet service is geared to the bar side and a few servers during the day are outright ignorant and rude in which the manager is aware, speaks to the person privately and she then rolls her eyes and ignores us although, there are other guests around us and I’ve had to go to the bar myself to get service. I refuse to go to the Rochdale and Broadway locations. DOWNTOWN WESTERN PIZZA makes the BEST breakfast pizza as well as ALL their food is amazing, fresh and hot. Ho6to that location!!

Food was average, prices where a little high for lunch. The thing that socked us most was $4 for a cup of coffee and we ate! Really, that’s 1000% profit on just average coffee!! Won’t be going back just because over priced average coffee with a meal?.If we went there for just coffee, then I understand why but we had a meal?

Ordered a Greek salad, which is listed as being lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, onions, crumbled feta, and Kalamata olives. What did I get? A plate of lettuce topped with a bunch of shredded carrot, a couple of chunks of dried out onion, one shriveled olive, and a sprinkle of feta. It was a tossed salad, and when I questioned it, the server informed me 'that's how we make it here'. I insisted that it was a TOSSED salad, not a GREEK salad, only to be met with the same snotty attitude and same answer. I sent it back, as that's not what I ordered. If I wanted a tossed salad, I would have ordered one. Also ordered a pizza which was horrible. Barely any cheese, and the tiny bit that was on it was weird and dry. Will never go back - if you want a proper experience and food done right, go to the location on 9th Ave North.
Great food, perfect example of Regina pizza. Family friendly, and great service. Definitely one of our go to's on 'who's cooking?' nights!

friendly suggestion - could you place prices on the gluten-free menu? Even if it's just on one or two menu's, that would be great - otherwise I have no complaints about Western Pizza, been eating here for years, and will continue to. You're food and service is great!!

Not the Western Pizza of old. They have changed the crust. I would guess they have moved from a deep pan pizza cooked in a conventional oven, to an impinger / conveyor oven.There is also much less cheese than I remember.
