Went before lunch hour rush waited 45 mins for server to come tell us she mixed up orders and it would be soon. Then at the hour got our food which was wrong and had to leave to get back to work. Only received a 10% discount and left

Was there over lunch on Nov 30 2023, place was pretty much empty, my ribs were burnt, spaghetti was like soup and it took almost 30 minutes to come to our table which was odd since it wasn't busy. I used to eat here all the time but it's pretty obvious they're cutting corners and charging more for it! The cucumbers in my salad were cut to the size of a broken hickory stick and not many of them either.... just terrible!!!

The lady working at 1:40am on Nov 9 was very disrespectful, I was at this location picking up an order for the first time so did not know how late night pickup works and it was cold outside so sat in car after calling them and did not see anyone open the door. On 3rd attempt when I asked the lady to at least tell me if she can’t find me she burst out at me and opened the door in a very I polite way and could hear her from a distance speaking about me. I can understand you are busy but thats no way to speak to someone.

Almost $60 for med meat lovers pizza that only had ham and the occasional pepperoni...for some reason cooked under the cheese which made it raw!!!!And liver and onions for my wife that looked burnt and sat under the warmer for half hour. Coleslaw was dry, just cabbage and carrots. Two thumbs down. Never again

Honestly I like the one in Glencairn better, I ordered takeout through skip the dishes. This is my first time ordering from this location. The food was okay but not amazing. The chicken fingers were a little spicy for my taste. The fries were little soggy not fresh. As well I didn't like that they put the order in seperate boxes instead one box. I don't know if I would order from this location again.

Western Pizza downtown - is simply the best breakfast pizza in the city, hands down.

I ordered the lasagna for two for delivery. The lasagna dish was a mess of plain noodles, next to no sauce was included. Save the money and buy a couple packs of boxed lasagna noodles from walmart to eat plain. Same thing.Western Pizza might have been a good restaurant 10 years ago, but the quality has dropped to the point of being ridiculous.

The cardboard containers for the fries and the chicken wings were like the small containers that you get at the grocery store from the deli. It is $5 to $6 at the grocery store and $30 at Western Pizza.No mamais Greek sauce on them ( take out) when I got it home.Too expensive and poor quality. Pick it up at the grocery store if you want a quick meal.Cannot afford to pick food up there again.

Took a hour and 15 minutes to get here and when i called to find out where it was they hung up on me the first time and second time he just said sorry it will be there soon the driver is late , cold pizza no toppings and poor management
