Perpetually understaffed and poorly managed. Staff working are nice and friendly and doing their absolute best, but it's ridiculous that I have to wait up to 20 minutes on my brief lunch break to get a smoothie. Please help the staff out.

Tried going to the Broadway location 2x now in the past 30 days.First time we went- online says they are open until 8 pm, but the door said until 7 pm on weekdays. It was 6:57 pm , lights were on and a female worker, but she said they were closed.Went on Monday, Oct 18, 2021 at 6:53 p.m the lights were off, door was locked.Won't be attempting a third time.Hours should be updated to be closed at 6:30 pm probably if this is the last time you can come in for service.

No complaints about the product or staff, just, please update your Sunday hours online, please. Went a couple times in the last couple months around 4-5 and it was closed both times... with online saying it's open until 6pm on Sundays.

Nicely located, drinks were made to order, but staff seemed not to care much for the customers.
Went there for a drink and sandwich. Over 15 spend to be treated like dirt. The girl that works there in daytime during the week is so rude and ignorant. Surprised they keep staff like this. I will never step foot inside again to be treated so poorly

First and last time. Sending food out without any napkins. It wasn’t super busy. After waiting in line again for a napkin I was told I had to ask for it respectfully? Excuse me? Not only do I have to tell these snot-bags how to do their job I am not allowed to wait and ask for a napkin later? My guess, these pukes think they are special working on Broadway. I’ve never had an experience like this, and I worked at this location and in many shops on Broadway. I’d have never talked to someone paying $12 for half a pita like that. I’ll drink ditch water before I return.
