Tap water to drink.SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS for a fountain drink, a water and 2 entrees. Small portions. Just poor value for your dollar. Would never go again.Service was good, clean restaurant, atmosphere was fine.

Had a really great dinner with my sisters. Service was great! I like the Lawson Heights location better because it is more spacious. This location was cramped when it filled up for supper. The bathrooms were very small but did have a separate accessible bathroom for my sister that has a disability. The patio is dog friendly, enclosed, and heated!Wheelchair accessibility: Would be hard to maneuver a wheelchair when full.

Food was cold as the skip the dishes driver was late. We order here often but sadly the take out is a bit hit n miss compared to dining in. Manager was nice and sent out fresh food so I'm thankful for that at least. One issue I've noticed consistently is the soggy fries. So I order a lot of takeout and most restaurants can still preserve the fries from getting soggy based on proper containers etc. At Brown's the fries are always soggy for takeout. Hoping they can figure out a better method for storage maybe. Thanks

Worst customer service I don’t know the name of waiter there. But maybe he was Chinese and had some kind of sore on his hand. and super stupid guy. I came to collect skip order and he was super ignorant and thought we are his employees. Talked in ignorant way by saying i will cancel order .i will get new rider on just asking how long its gonna take. I thought he is a Racist guy. All other staff was super friendly but this guy was so stupid. Very disappointed.I was thinking to visit this restaurant with my family but with this type of employee i will never.
