Like it was 4 am its a 24 open so i waited there for 20 minutes no one responded on drive through snd then i pass by the 2nd window I waited over there for 10 minutes and then a dude showed up followed by a girl. Like seriously if you don’t like your job then why don’t you quit.

it's as expected, good service and clean at the tills and seating area. the whopper was ok, slapped together with little lettuce and pickles all stacked in one spot. But the price is good with coupons, 4 whopper meals for 30 dollars is very hard to beat.

I went through the drive-thru at this location and ordered their 2 for $5.00 for lunch today. I asked that the original chicken sandwich be spicy, and no lettuce but put onions on instead. The person takes my order and charges me .20 cents for onions. I asked why when I am not getting lettuce. He said it wasn’t his fault I didn’t want lettuce. I told him I had never been charged for that at the other BK’s. He insisted that they all do charge extra, and he has worked there for 5 years. I told him he was wrong, but that I would pay it just so I could carry on. I phoned 3 other BK’s in the city, and they all said they would not charge extra. I know it’s only .20 cents, but I will never go back there, so they have lost a paying customer over .20 cents. I’m tired of businesses that have no customer service. When I tried to call this restaurant afterwards, they hung up on me.

This store has amazing people working there! They are a literal wonder of this world! I love their accents and most of all I love their motherly love type of vibe. I only go to Burger King in the north just to see and hear them!!! Makes me smile every time. Thank you lady’s. ❤️

A few weeks ago a friend and I went to this location. My 1st mistake was not looking at the drink dispenser. I asked the skinny punk with glasses at the counter if they have Pepsi He said Yes . While waiting for our order I noticed they had Coke I said You said Yes when I asked if you had Pepsi that looks like a coke dispenser. I was told Relax it taste lt tastes the same . If I wanted coke I would've ordered coke I didnt have time to argue with the Zit Bag so I just lived with it . But I found the little puke to be disrespectful and I'll never go to Burger King again

One of my worst experiences ever went into bathroom two people were smoking something in the bathroom stalls using up two of the toilets. Told the employees what they were doing did nothing about it? Not safe at all for your children and food wasn't great .
Completely opposite of fast food service. Waited 15 minutes in drive through just to give an order.

Everything was great other than the real helpful guy in the car behind us who thought the best solution when our bag broke and the burgers fell out on the ground was to honk while we picked them up. That sure did speed us right up for sure I just feel bad about how slowly we crept away keeping you a littke longer to get your burger. I swear, purely accidental. I know bk didnt cause the bad atmosphere but maybe people would be more courteous if they were refused service at the window after acting like a tool, just sayin.
