I am from Titusville, Florida. We have a Burger King located across from a Super Walmart. (similar situation) It should have a steady stream of cars at meal times. They are lucky to have 3 customers at any one time. In the last 5 years they have closed up at least 3 times. All the complaints listed here go doubly for them. Some days they lock the doors and make you go thru the drive thru. Then there is a woman making one sandwich at a time. You might get warm fries. There are 3 other fast food places in a mile. McD's, Wendy's,, and Taco Bell. They all do steady business. I'll bet the Chinese will buy them from Canada

Apparently this restaurant won’t take the survey coupon for a free sandwich if you buy a drink and fries. Lady was rude saying they don’t accept that in drive thru this morning

Extremely run down, and the keypad on debit machine is messed up and adds extra characters, and the staff doesn't care that it may lock a bank card of incorrect to many times, also looks like they had a fire in the drive through cant read the sign bored. Extremely displeased.

I ordered 10 piece Chicken Nuggets but I only got 8 piece Chicken Nuggets for the price of 10 piece…Recently, their customer service has gone so bad…I used to buy Burgers and shakes from them, but now I stopped buying them because of the bad customer service…I want to see them doing better in future….

I got an original chicken sandwich from the drive thru yesterday and the lettuce was brown and slimy. The sandwich was not salvageable as the chicken was cold and the buns had remnants of slimy lettuce on them that I couldn’t scrape off. Thankful I always take the sandwich apart to put ketchup on or I believe it would have resulted in sickness if I ate it.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, we order a combo meal and i upgrade the fries to onion ring, but they give me fries and the staff say will gonna bring the onion ring, but i dont get it, and i ordered ranch, but i dont get ranch, so i ask the staff to get my ranch, and the staff dont know how to smile, never comeback in any burger king here in Saskatoon poor customer service even on 8st branch

Was waiting to be served for over 5 min in the restaurant and no one said anything to us they pretended we were not there . I did end up saying something and they just gave me excuses. The restaurant was not busy had 2 customers in the dinning room all they cared about was the drive thu. So if uou are planning to come to this location I would recommend going though the drive thu and no one here smiles it's seems like they just don't want to be here
