We placed an online order for drive though around 1 am 29 march, firstly they took over 15 minutes well that's okay we understand that , then they forget to give us forks for poutine when we realized we came back and there was a guy taking order who was so rude and it felt like ," why are these guys here" . So when we asked him to hand 3 forks as per order. he just gave us 2 and we had to ask him 3rd time to get the forks and he was damn rude and unfriendly. I hope you either teach him how customer service is supposed to be or fire him, we used to be regular customer but the experience was so bad we aren't going to come back!

Well, usually this bk has been my go to. All I ever order is the crispy chicken.. And last several times, it's been loaded up with about 5x too much mayo, and very little lettuce;and the lettuce that is there, isn't great. Nearly have to completely disassemble and remove the excess mayo every time.. So very disappointing.. Please be more diligent with teaching the staff who make the burgers... Pleassseeee...

Food is always hot and accurate. It's in a bad location. Always homeless in there but today it was cold so I can't blame them for trying to be warm. Stolen clothing in the bathroom. Tags still on. The tables looked clean but they obviously miss some spots. Makes me nervous about putting ice in my drink. How often is that cleaned if you can spot the places they don't clean. Our table had cigarette burns on it or something too.

It's as good as a burger King can be. But sometimes, the chicken fries get too salty. The poutine is a no-no.
Worst Burger King in the city. Screwed up my order (the girl didn't understand what I wanted (2 original chicken sandwiches, 2 reg fries nothing special) sold me something totally different), then instead of quickly making it right told us that on top of the 15+ minutes we had already waited, it would be another 15-20 minute wait. Left thoroughly disgusted with them will never go back.

Ordered food at the drive through at 10:42 pm, two cars ahead of me and I did not get my order until 10:57 pm, the car ahead of me was an Uber, he waited for 3 orders! Why is Uber going through drive through holding up customers? By the time I left there were 12 cars in line, all they could say was sorry, no explanation. Very poor customer service!
