“just ordered a family dinner from the Huron Church location. I watched the employee pack up my family meal as well as another. When he packed my supposed to be large order of fries he put them on the regular order tray and threw them in a paper bag. Definately wasn't the same as the 2 large boxes he made for the other family order. When i said to him i was supposed to get a lrg fry in a box he took the regular fry our of the bag, poured it in the box and lost a good paying customer at that moment. I will never buy from you again and will tell every person I know“
“Just wanna share my overall experienced here at Popeyes (Kensington).We're always buying and eating there mostly in the evening time/shift. Their chicken are always fresh, juicy and crunchy, you will know that they are freshly cooked! Their service is excellent. they are friendly and welcoming. This is just based on my experienced.“
“Ordered the 9 piece meal for delivery. Regular chicken, with an extra center/breast. The chicken was cooked perfectly moist. The meal came with a medium Mac and cheese that tasted like how KFC used to make their mac salad lol it was strange how familiar it was!The large taters were seasoned well & and we were given a large portion. The med gravy ?I ordered a biscuit on the side, which tasted fresh. I also ordered the strawberry cream cheese pies, which were deep fried, I think. Personally, I wish they were not so greasy tasting.I would order the chicken, wedges, gravy, and biscuit again.“
“I am happy to say I can give 5 stars, up from 2. The manager reached out, we had a discussion, and he has remedied my earlier complaints(see below). Top notch service, with some growing pains, but no ones perfect.The chicken is so good...a nice change from KFC.Had a code from mobile app, cashier said okay, but no discount was applied. I asked about it and she said well we don't have it. So I backed out, then it wouldn't show up again. Manager said she needed to see it, but since I used it it was gone. Manager just walked away. Terrible for a new franchise. I don't like writing these.“
