City Perks is a local community coffee shop with a great selection of drinks and baking. It also has a nice outdoor patio to sit and enjoy your visit and the weather. Little locally owned coffeehouse. Cute, cozy and really nice warm feeling inside. Servers were friendly and courteous. Coffee is good and so is the food. I would prefer this place over a franchise any day!
