“We went to the Cactus Club on Friday night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was very busy but we were seated right away. We did wait to have our drink order taken but once it was taken the drinks arrived quickly. We spent time selecting our order and when it looked like we were ready the manager walked by and saw we were ready to order and took our order instead of sending the server which I thought was an efficient and collaborative way to run a restaurant. Our food came out and it was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly! They even added a free dessert for us to share to celebrate our anniversary!! We will definitely be back, and look forward to celebrating next year’s anniversary there too.“

“Our first time at Liberty yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised! Our server was very friendly. Food was amazing! We tried their new cocktail with a housemaid popsicle , Nona’s meatballs and burata with tomatoes. Everything tasted so good! Especially burata with tomatoes. The place itself is very cosy. Definitely would come back again.“

“Went early in the evening for dinner and had the carbonara and the lobster ravioli. The ravioli was amazing and super rich and flavourful. The carbonara was huge and really creamy. The burrata bruschetta isn’t actually burrata but is just bruschetta with stracciatella cheese on top. I was excited for burrata so I was a little disappointed when it wasn’t the same as described on the menu. I probably wouldn’t get it again. Service was good and prompt and we were overall very happy and will return to try other menu items.“

“An even better dining experience than I had hoped — and the reviews thus far left me with high hopes, indeed! I took my fella here to celebrate his b’day and we were blown away! The atmosphere is relaxed and classic. Not pretentious at all. He started with a delicious cocktail and me with the undone gimlet. We had the beets as our starter at the recommendation of an old friend seated two tables over. These are veggies for people who hate veggies. A textural experience like none I have had before; silky beets with luscious goat cheese melted on top, crunchy walnuts and fresh tarragon!? I have never experienced anything like it!Apparently I was the first ever to try the flank steak special with triple cooked fries, and he had a gorgeous pork loin. Minds BLOWN.The Baked Saskatchewan dessert was the perfect finish, again with the various textures and temperatures. You’d have to be crazy not to try this restaurant. We’re heading back next week to celebrate my birthday so we can try altogether different items!“

“The cutest little place to have some fancy cocktails! Cozy, mood lighting, 10/10 music. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, greeted us from the bar as soon as we walked in the door, great selection of drinks and non alcoholic cocktails, I was the Designated Driver of our group and I appreciated being able to be apart of enjoying a fancy cocktail with my friends but without the alcohol! Definitely will be back!!“

The kitchen was out of Ribeye, and Nathan came by our table with nothing but extraordinary recommendations as a replacement option. Outstanding service Nathan and an enjoyable meal. Give this man a raise!!“
