We don't always think of Cut when we come to the city, but seriously my favourite place to dine. Food was so good, our waitress cute and friendly, and the owner down to earth to visit. Prices and selection get 5 stars. We will be back!

Thr only reason I'm giving the food 2 stars is cause our steaks were cooked almost perfect but the flavor was nothing. I don't think they seasoned them at all. The lobster was also very tasteless and bitter ( I didn't have high hopes since we live in sk...) our food came a hour after we were seated. The slowest service. Our appetizer was 4 TINY scallops. And took over half hr to come. All in all this place is over priced and over rated. Won't be coming back.

We went in for our Anniversary dinner and had Jen as our server. I will confidently say that she is the best server we've experienced in Saskatoon. Hands down. She was beyond fantastic, and read our table so incredibly well. Food & service were timed well and food was excellent (both had steaks, cooked perfectly). The place was clean and nice & busy (but not annoyingly so). Felt great to get out, support a local business and have great value for our dollars. Highly recommend checking this great spot out if you haven't lately.

The steak was amazing. Char-broiled excellence. The wines available were paired well. The mushroom caps had a bit spice which really set the flavor off on a high note. All in all, a great experience and will for sure go back next time we are in Saskatoon.

If I could leave 10 stars for service I would! My girlfriend and I went for a date night at cut and Jen made us feel so special; it was definitely our favourite part of the night! The food was fantastic but the service that made us feel like royalty was certainly memorable. We have been to many restaurants in the city and have never had service like this. Highly recommend!!

Cut was absolutely amazing! Can't say enough good things about it. From the service to the food and everything in between it was a 10/10 first time going and will definitely be back in the future.

To be honest the restaurant looks and feels great, but the food was sub par with the money you spend here. I have been to high-end restaurants before so I know when I say food was sub par I mean it. Service was fast and great, prices of food was too high for the quality you get, would I go there again? Nope. Restaurant has to really work on quality of food compared to other high-end restaurants in the city, mind you it is Saskatoon which is a small city, but there are way better restaurants in the city than what I had here which I thought was not the standard of food you would expect from a place where prices are set high, I guess the high prices doesn't always translate to great things :). The only thing and great feedback I would give to this restaurant would be fast service and excellent server/waitress, rest is just ok.
Prime rib was fair, but unremarkable for price of $52 for 12oz. Dipping au jus for prime rib hinted at deeper flavours, but didn't add much in compliment to the meat. Vegetable garnishes were very roughly prepared, particularly the carrot, giving a unrefined plating appearance. Very al dente given the awkward size of carrot chunks served. Mediocre.

The service and food was impeccable. The Owner came over and mentioned that he remembered my online booking as I had asked to be by the fireplace. He apologized that he was unable to do so. I'm so impressed and will be sure to go again when I'm back in Saskatoon!

Our special evening out was fantastic.. the food was delicious and the service impeccable. Steaks were the best we've ever had.. grilled to perfection! Looking forward to another special occasion to celebrate here!

We had a very enjoyable and memorable dining experience for my son's 18th birthday at CUTS. Jake, our server, provided impeccable service. We enjoyed the crab stuffed mushroom caps for our appetizer, and we each ordered prime rib- each morsel melted in our mouth; each dish was prepared to perfection. Highest compliments to Jake whose excellent service added to our positive experience and of course, highest compliments to the chef(s). I really appreciated that Jake remember my request for a slice of cheesecake with a candle in it. My son asked for an elegant, refined dining experience and CUT delivered.
