I would only recommend this location to someone who has extremely low standards. The staff are rude and the restaurant is not clean. Staff go from working the cash till to preparing ice cream without washing hands or wearing gloves. I've seen them wipe ice cream machines and counter space to prepare ice cream sundaes with dirty clothes. The sundaes we got todayhardly had ice cream in them, had to ask for it to be filled and the Skor Cupfection didn't have any brownies in it. Total rip off! This is from a combination of my experiences but today put the icing on the cake. I won't be back.

My biggest problem is that they still have their Google hours set at 1 AM. And I was tricked by their greeting on the microphone saying hi we’ll be with you in a moment. Then waited for a solid five minutes before I drove up and found the building dark. Change your hours!!!!!!! Please!!!!

Sooo incredibly slow!!! The person ahead of us waited 10 minutes for a milkshake and then no one came and took our payment for 5 minutes so I had to go inside and ask what was going on. Our food was already sitting there ready. Poor customer service for sure.

It took them at least half an hour to make up a simple order. What a joke

This was here when I first moved to Saskatoon in 1992. It was newly renovated than. So it is dated but clean. Open 7 days a week and a great place to meet friends and family. I enjoy the sunroom even during the winter, surrounded by fresh snow or a good summer rain. The cherry on top is the assorted ray of blizzards and parfaits,On this trip, we ordered a cheese cake blizzard. I know it's not everyone's favorite, but it takes care of the cake and ice cream carvings.Kid-friendliness: Yes, kids can make a ruckus, and no one blinks an eye. Plenty of room between the tables.

Wow, our peanut buster parfaits were so full of peanuts and constructed with the layers we remembered from years ago! Great value and great service with a smile!
