They were out of 3/4 of the blizzard flavours and brownies. Originally tried ordering through door dash, but they don't tell you when products ate out of stock and just cancel the order. Went into the store to find everything out if stock. Had to get a dipped cone instead and I almost ended up eating paper as there was a cone inside the cone.

This location is fairly decent. Due to their location across the university, you can expect to see a lot of students here. The employees are often students, and there's almost never the same people any time you go! However the food is definitely edible and their ice cream treats are great. I haven't had many bad experiences here, though they're often training a new employee when I go. It's not bad to be served by a new employee, of course... they're just learning! The cleanliness of this location tends to be good. Overall I would recommend this location if you are in need of a good snack to treat yourself.

Beyond disgusted with this establishment. We were served curdled, rotten smelling blizzards. It's obvious they give no care for their job if they're serving rotting products. After eating a couple spoonfuls my boyfriend immediately vomited. This dairy queen should be closed for negligence. We're never ordering from here again. Disgusting.

This evening, I experienced some of the most disappointing customer service I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing.I went for a late supper with my roommates and two of us ordered poutines. They ran out of cheese curds for my order. Three things they did that definitely should not have happened were as follow:1. They did not inform me that they ran out of cheese curds.2. They did not tell me that they couldn't make the order.3. Made the order using different cheese without telling me.Did the employees just expect me not to find out? Were they hoping I would just accept the order as it was? Whatever the case it was unacceptable service and I can safely say that I will not be returning to this location if this is how the employees are handling the customer's orders.I was given a refund for my order, but would have rather have gotten my order or been informed of them running out of product so I could order something else.During the time I was there I also noticed that the employees were restocking new product on top of old instead of rotating. Which is a problem when you're in an establishment that offers nuts and dairy products as the potential cross contamination could get a customer sick.Needless to say, my order was not dealt with properly. The product rotation is questionable at best.All in all, I do not recommend visiting this Dairy Queen location.
