The donuts there are great. Half a dozen donuts are $20.00, and a dozen donuts are $45.00.

My husband got me a valentines box for pickup on Wednesday. The dark donuts with white icing? Not sure what they were supposed to be but the only taste they had was old oil. The chocolate dip were also rather tasteless. The strawberry cream filled ones were delicious though, too bad there was only 2 and the other 4 were wasted. $27 for 6 donuts is steep, I didn’t say this to my husband but should have got crumble. ?

Donuts are huge, and delicious. Worth the price per donut. The smell of dough and sugar went you walk in brings back memories of my small town bakery.

Delicious donuts ? ? Apple fritter is a must try.Is a bit expensive for donuts but portions are really large and home made style.

Just stepped into this donut haven after countless passes, and wow, what a discovery! The welcome was as warm as their freshly baked donuts. Opted for the daring bacon-on-a-donut combo—surprisingly awesome.Grabbed it to go, but you've gotta experience it firsthand. No pics of what I got lol, just go see for yourself!Loads of options, a fun bite, and the perfect do-nothing indulgence. Highly recommend! ?

Literally the best. They catered our wedding and it was the best! We received so many compliments.

always delicious, except this past Aug 2022, grabbed a bunch and the fritter was rather tastless and dense/stale.Oct 2023 . quality is even worse after they moved. new location is bad. donuts are flavor lacking and dense / stale. $5 for 1 stale donut. no thanks.

Ordered a biston cream and an apple fritter. The Boston cream was dry and not alot of cream in it. Better at tim hortons. And 1/4 the price. Fritter was ok but again no better than Tim hortons. Just bigger and it was not the freshest either.Definatly not with the money you pay...

The best donuts in the city. The variety, the flavours, the presentation - all of these and more. Support a home-style local company.

no public washrooms, love their donuts but they are expensive, the business can afford to provide public washrooms.

Dry and certainly not worth $5 per donut. I really wanted to be blown away by a fresh and delicious donut …. was not.

Overrated and overpriced. I ordered three different kinds and they all tasted stale/ day old, like several other reviewers have mentioned. Visiting from Vancouver where we have really good donut shops like Cartems, I expected more from Darkside but unfortunately they just weren’t that great.

Great flavour options, but found them to be overly sweet. (Yes, I know donuts are a sweet treat, however, they are sweeter than other favourite shops).
