Attempted to have an order delivered to our hotel across the parking lot. First off the person answering the phone was somewhat clueless. Had to call back to confirm my order as the website included soup or salad. We were not communicating at all she said she would get someone else to talk to me and hung up the phone. I called back got someone who was able to tell me that the website is obsolete and had not been updated by management Leas than 5 minutes later the first girl calls me to tell me they don’t have anyone to deliver so we have to pick up. Well we have a 4 month old with us and need delivery. Canceled order and went elsewhere for delivery

Just ordered for delivery. A very large orderswiss bacon chicken burger was good but it was suppose to be crispy and came grilled. The eggs benny (had two one was the blackstone) were ok and we ordered an extra one and only got extra eggs, ordered extra hollandaise and they forgot it. The western panful was good but again forgot the extra sauce. The cheddar burger was excellent our boy, he ate it all. The banana bread French toast was ok at best. We phoned and told them about the issues and will be compensated 20% next time. I'm not quite sure if there will be a next time. We saved to order from them for Christmas as we use to order quite often before the pandemic... it just wasn't the same and frankly disappointing. Wish we could give a better review.

The eggs benny here were absolutely delicious! I have been dying to come back here again. I came here last winter and the room was quite cold, but other than that it was a wonderful experience.
