I asked for no mushrooms but when I got home to open my food there was mushrooms. I called to tell them and the guy put me on hold for a long time. They didn’t believe me and wanted me to send a picture and that they would review it. Ridiculous. Never going back to this location. Terrible customer service.

Food is comparable to other Edo locations, but there is this one woman who works here who gets my order wrong EVERY time, I have to repeat myself many times to her and she still gets my order wrong. This time I called ahead to place my order in advance, when I get there she had chicken and beef sushi with spicy teriyaki ready for me, which I had originally ordered the Chicken Teriaki rice meal. She does this every time I order while she is there, its come to the point where if I see her working I'll just leave. I would give service a better rating if she didn't get my orders wrong literally every time I go.

Very nice Edo Japan branch located at 51st. Their food was okay, tastes just like any other Edo Japan branch, their Boba was good, and so are their sauces, I also tried out their bento and it's quite okay I mean it's a fast food so it's not like the authentic Japanese cuisine but it's okay

The fare here is okay, serviceable, but nothing spectacular. Food court quality. I definitely would never go out of my way to go here again. The menu is fairly small. I has the brown sugar bubble tea, which wasn’t very good. I also had the chicken teriyaki bento box with a California roll and gyoza. All of it was fine, but not memorable, except for the red bento box tray for eating in, which is actually quite nice!
