I'm going to rate ZERO if i can. I was just there to pick up my order as take out. I went home, I was missing the Hamburger of all things. I got 2 bags of stuff and was in a rush Ive no time to check the food they cramned in the bag. This wasn't the first time. We ordered several times before via skip the dishes and they are always missing 1 or 2 things in the order. So I called them just now to complain. The person I talked to said "we will investigate this and call you later today!" Sure better call RCMP. It's not rocket science. I'm missing a Burger. Not happy about this. FAT BURGER get the order right!!!

Went for dinner had curly fries with cajun seasoning and veggie burger, great food and awesome customer service. The servers were not only friendly but also had smile serving us. Also good vegetarian options if anyone wants to give a try. Had an amazing time dining at fat

Fat burger must be an ironic name choice.Their burgers are smaller than a kids burger at McDonald's.Same thing with the milkshake, the sizes are tiny.The nacho fries comes in at over $10 and looks like this?These food items don't even remotely resemble the product photos.If this was a 15$ meal, it'd still be a tough choice.

Orders are always wrong, burgers have so much grease in it you watch it run out. People working the till can barely speak english. Restaurant is always dirty and the bathrooms are gross, the music is way to loud in the restaurant, you cant hear the person across from you. I'll never eat here again.
Ordered the red hot chicken sandwich tonight (my usual order), everything with my meal was off tonight - the fries were very cold and soggy, the sandwich appeared to be cooked my first couple bites it was not until my 3rd bite that something felt very off and chewy - looked at my sandwich and it was raw… I am absolutely disgusted with tonight’s order.. did call the store and they offered to remake my sandwich which I respectfully declined as I couldn’t not even look nor eat another sandwich like that.. was my favourite place in the city to get this particular sandwich. Very unfortunate - I do not plan on coming back anytime soon…

Yikes. We got wings from here after seeing all the high ratings. Decided to try some mini donuts as well. We understand that when ordering deep fried food there’s a certain amount of grease to be expected. The wings were oily enough that grease ran down our arms as we ate (even the lemon pepper wings). The biggest disappointment was the donuts. They were soaked in oil, to the point that when you bit into it, it felt like you were drinking oil. To try to salvage the donuts, I put them in the oven on a roasting rack and watched pools of oil drip out. It’s a shame because the flavours would have been really good if things had been cooked right. Our first and last time ordering from here.
