Good food but customer service isn’t great. They were out of chia pudding and I was told I couldn’t get refunded in the store and would have to contact customer service since I paid using the app. Customer service tells me I need to contact the store directly. I don’t appreciate being given the run around and just gave up trying to get my refund ??♀️

Ordered a large spicy lemon grass soup for take out . Got home almost no broth. Bowl was only filled halfway. What a joke. So tired of Freshii failing.

What happened to Freshii.... This place used to be a great place to grab a healthy meal, now its like walking into an abandon building, they have tables in front of the till so you are like 10 feet away from the person taking your order, they don't even seem to care about your business, the menu screens are off and the bathrooms are out of order... The energii bites are different, the peanut butter balls where nasty! tasted like mold and where now prepackaged and small probably from a mass production facility, these used to be my go to for a quick snack but YUCK! Never again! Bring back the original recipe and bring back the realness to your store, it was like walking into the most unfriendly place. Such a disappointment from what Freshii used to be....

I've always love freshii ever since I was in Toronto. It's just so sad that people who works at Freshii Broadway here in Saskatoo are always mean to me. I already encountered 2 employees from there. They don't want to toss my bowls for me and I just want less rice and more kale but they want me to add extra fees. how come if I ordered to some other freshii locations, they allow me. and i dont want to argue with them but they are so rude to me. I dont think im going back there anymore.

Nice options with various add ons and tasty too. However feels like a money game. Any basic additional sauces or toppings asked for are charged and the portions are small too. It feels more like a trade rather than eating comfort. Long way to go. The Youghurt icecram is tasty however the coconut water taste is pathetic and very poor.

The service was quick and the did was really tasty. I had a Oaxaca burrito - super yummy and so much good stuffed in the tortilla! I was the only customer so the service was fast. Everything was clean and following Covid protocols. I'd definitely go again.

Awful experience on February 20, 2021. Ordered the Spicy Lemongrass soup with veggie broth, first round the broth was like water and had zero flavour in it so it was sent back. Second try tasted even worse and the 'broth' was grey/green colour, but tasted like dirty dish water. The teriyaki twist bowl also lacked flavour and was about 1/3 the portion that it used to be with about 4 pieces of tofu. The smoothie we ordered, which was supposedly full of fruit also tasted like it was made with old dish water.Staff didn't seem very concerned with poor quality food and tried telling us that the soup was bad because we ordered the 'vegetable' broth for the Spicy Lemongrass. Refunded money for the soup, but didn't seem to care to try harder or impress paying customer.Awful experience, will not return.
