“Make no mistake, despite being a beer house, every aspect of the food has as much great thought and passion put into it as the drinks. Congress is a warm, open environment, arguably slightly under-lit, but a great place to go, none the less. The cocktails are very well made and although may not be the most appealing to those who are into newer cocktails, many fans of classics such as the Negroni, Whiskey Sour, etc. Will have their drinks made with excellent quality. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they make their Whiskey Sours (which I highly recommend) with an egg white froth to top it, which gives it a great texture. The food is phenomenal, I can't rave about it enough. It is more expensive than what you would usually pay at some other local bars nearby, but each dish is made with high quality ingredients and great attention to flavour. Overall, when you're out trying to find either a great dining experience, or a nice place to have some great drinks and food, Congress is always a great choice.“
