I went to Gong Cha today to have an Almond Strawberry Milk Tea and I definitely was not disappointed. ? I also added jelly stars and aloe, which was a great addition. The employee was quite friendly, and when I didn't know whether to order the smoothie or milk tea, he suggested trying the milk tea instead. If you enjoy karaoke, they have rooms available with bar service. I'll definitely be back as they have a large selection of bubble teas that I would like to try. Two thumbs up! ? ?

Good Gong Cha. The space is clear and the staff is friendly. The karaoke is a non traditional touch which can be a bit loud if you are not part of it. But it seems like the karaoke people were having a blast.

Ordered two milk teas with less ice. I saw the person making the drinks fill the cup with ice and I repeated to him that I wanted less, to which he replied, 'yup!'I asked him why is it still full of ice but he proceeded to make the drink with a full cup of ice. Very rude customer service and not truthful for their products. Not worth the bubble tea. Gong cha in stonebridge is much better.
